Pros +
- The hotel certainly did not disappoint us, but rather delighted us.The location: 3 minutes on foot to the beach, 10-to Nesebar Old Town. The staff: firendly and helful. The food: tasty with various options. The room: big and renovated with amazing see view.
- The room was actually not badReception was nice
- They kindly upgraded our booking from a triple room to a spacious two-bedroom apartment, which really brightened our holiday. We were also pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine and a cake for my partner’s birthday — such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel has recently reopened after renovations, so everything feels fresh, clean, and modern. The price is very reasonable for what you get. Although we didn’t get the chance to try out all the facilities, our overall experience was very positive. Compared to other hotels in the area, this is probably the best value you can find.
Cons -
- The all inclusive is terrible, the food the drinks...The facilities of the hotel are bad
- The restaurant offers a nice variety of food, and the menu changes depending on the day, which keeps things interesting. Overall, the dishes are enjoyable, but I personally found some of them a bit too oily. It would be even better if the recipes were prepared with a lighter touch, as this would really highlight the quality of the ingredients.

The service was exceptionally good. The receptionist (Christina) made sure we were comfortable. She answered all our questions and generally took care of us. Hope to see her again next year.
Very hard to say. We really liked the room, the food and the staff.
My husband and I spent our honeymoon in Festa Panorama, and enjoyed the entire stay. We had a great sea view from our room. The hotel is in a good location to the south beach and within walking distance to the old town. The hotel also has a lot of amenities to offer and we would highly recommend it.
The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was great—tasty, varied, and always fresh. We even received a free upgrade to an apartment, which was a lovely surprise. You can tell the hotel has been renovated recently; everything feels new and modern. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, which is very convenient. In august 2025, two chairs and one umbrella cost €15. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back!
Modern clean hotel. Good food. Rooms facing the sea have excellent view. Close to the beach. Highly recommend it.
All good. Nothing
The hotel is family oriented one. It could be used for conferences as well. Al inclusive menu is good for different needs of guests. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is totally renovated this year.
I personally did not like the alcohol but for al inclusive menu it is normal quality.
The hotel is nearst to all places
The facilities is poor in the hotel They clean is poor Small pool They don't have any facilities for familys and children
The most beautiful hotel, exceptional, very good and fresh food, very welcoming, smiling staff, very clean hotel, I will definitely come back and recommend it.
Food was very nice, with lots of options. The nearest beach is a few minutes away and theres a wide walking area.
WiFi was a bit spotty - the coverage is good but sometimes it just doesn’t work or barely works
Staff where greatGood food and drink optionsLarge comfortableand clean room, very comfortable bedAmazing balcony with sea viewsLocation, was great, a short walk to Nessabar old town
Paying to use the steam room / sauna. This should be included, as its all inclusive hotelSlightly better cleaning and maintenance in the communal areas, noticed a few cobwebs and some water damage to the ceiling tiles, but this is being very picky
Nice location, kind staff, tasty food, amazing view.
A bit too crowded, except you find the necessary time slot to have a bite.
Close to the beatch, nice view.
Too cold pool.
We didnt book a sea view room but we were automatically upgraded to one ! The ladies in reception are so friendly and helpful; the food was always plenty and delicious, massage was great and the hotel location is both close to sunny beach and nessebar !! Couldnt ask for more ?
The pool must have a system to ban hogging sunbeds by putting towels and not coming back for hours .. also; the desserts are not nice; there must be more variety; maybe some milky desserts?
Good location for walking, breakfast buffet had a good array of options.
My issue was more with booking.com... In the description it says 'all-inclusive' so when we arrived we assumed it was all inclusive, but it only included breakfast. This was fine, we were planning on going out to dinner, but it was annoying that for the amount of money I paid for the room, i thought i was going to have free drinks and snacks. booking.com does not list inclusive/non-all inclusive room options, so if you're looking for all-inclusive, book direct on the website. Also - not all 'sea view' rooms are created equal. My sea view room was on the side of the building and it was not as good as my friends that was straight-on. Disappointing, and i didn't enjoy it as much as i would have. .
The apartment was awsome, good location, great view. Giod dinner and breakfast.
Although we benefied of all inclusive, we missed the lunch and we were invited to eat outside the hotel. Also, no parking available so the receptionist told us to park in front of the hotel on the walking side The shower in the big bath was not functional, though, and the shower glass had leaks
Great location (walking distance to the Old Nesebar), incredible view to the sea, friendly stuff, amazing animation team, not to forget the food. We had a really good time here.
Everything was as good as it should be...
The hotel must have been a luxurious one some decades ago but now it’s crying for renovations unless they want it to be a retro one. I expected modern style, furniture, carpet and so on. But it’s clean enough and the food and pools were good, so I’m happy with it.
Old-fashioned style, dirty sofa and the floor carpet of whatever it was
Passable
food was cold and selection of food was not great downstairs bar /nightclub was ridiculous opened at 10pm music stopped at 11pm and closed at 12am not very good for a supposed 4 star hotel only stayed 1 night and glad I did talking to other guests staying for a week or more said they couldn't even eat there it was that bad it was end of season so hopefully they were finishing up and it's not always like that
