Kirios Hotel

Location is right on top of the Old City, thus everything is walking distance.

There is no parking next to the hotel. Nearest parking spot was 1 km away, so we had to carry our luggage up and down the hill. However this was the only problem we faced.

Lovely hotel, quiet and with balconies on the rooms and a pretty outdoor terrace downstairs.

Very cute place, loved the little garden and the quiet location away from the busiest streets. The room was immaculate, and had a nice view from the balcony. Could even see a bit of the ocean :). Bed was super comfortable! Very friendly staff.

Only a minor thing but it would have been nice with some tea bags in the room as there was a kettle. Staff was friendly but communication was a bit hard since none of them spoke English. A breakfast option would have been nice too.

The rooms, the garder, the location. Everything is wonderful We have been there three times already and will definitely return.

Its clean and cute and near everything in the old town. The staff was also very kind to us.

The room was small and directly at the street which we were not warned about. Also, it advertises as having a parking which turned out to be the city parking (we were never promised free parking but it was quite the surprise). We expected the owners to be Greek given the name of the property but that also turned out not to be so.

The reception staff was very positive and helpful.

No free parking as advertised. Paper thin walls, I could hear all the neighbors and loud thumps from upstairs. We were next to the reception so we heard everyone that was coming in or out. The bathroom was tiny and crammed in. The balcony was extremly small, couldn't use it. The double bed were actually 2 beds next to each other. And the room was pink.

On the ground floor the showers have courtains that, due to the fact that is a smal shower, it stucks on the legs. Also I had to shower fast because the bathtub has poor drainage and is fills up. My friends from the upper levels complained about the bad smell in the bathroom. I didn't have that problem but they did

really nice place and great location on a quiet relaxing part of the old town.The lady of the house was very nice a nd helpful to me.The hotel is modern and very clean!There is a well stocked supermarket just at the back of the hotel!There are some very good restaurants within a few steps of the hotel!I am looking forward to staying at this hotel again the next time I visit old nessebar!

There is no breakfast but the location is excellent and handy for the beach and the numerous bars and restaurants of Old Town Nessebar. There are fourteen old churches in this location and the sightseeing is awesome in this UNESCO city set on a small island. The staff were very friendly and helpful but with little English spoken.

The hotel is well positioned but is quite difficult to find on arrival. Whilst there is no breakfast served, some recommendations re local eateries would be helpful particularly for breakfast.

No brrakfast provided. Location is a bit hard to find and difficult to park as it is tricky with the parking. The guests actually must pay additional 8 lev and park at the entrance parking for the old town of Nessebar which is far like 200 metres or more and downhill on cobbled streets.. If car is parked at the nearby streets it is risky for the car to be lifted and collected.

Many things.There were no window nets as the reception staff told me not to worry about flies or mosuiitos because they don't have any but actually I was bitten by something. Room was too small and the toilet/shower were very narrow for using. The door of my room towards the french garden had no net and if left opened for air some animals could have walked in. Inside was too hot and uncomfortable but managed to use the air con provided.. During the night some guests returned after 2am and second time at 4.20am as they woke me up twice. When I asked the reception lady to possibly view and change to another room she couldn't help me and kept calling the owners of the guest house to ask them what to do as if she is unsure of her duties. She was way too talkative and apologetic saying it's too late as I had booked it online. Honestly, I will not be returning again to this place and will not recommend it to anyone! Definitely not a god value for the money!! Overall, I don't plan to return back.
