Location, the hotel located just right in the city center that allow us to explore the city & historical sites by walk.

The parking was not free & too narrow between cars, no kettle in the room

We got a huge room , that was heat enough . And the staff was very polite, the check in took 5 min and we were inform about everything in an easy way. The breakfast was exceptional, and they also have a spa zone which is must visit because of the view.

Maybe the only one remark is that it is better to have a double duvet for a family, then a one-place.

Ok property in a nice city

Ok property, directions to bet to it was a disaster on GPS and made us drive around the city twice.The room wasn’t what we ordered when on line we ordered on Booking.comWe also thought breakfast came with the purchase. It did not.

Located in the city center; breakfast is served in the restaurant that can be found on the ground floor. That restaurant is great and service is exceptional.

(Some) rooms are still not yet refurbished and if you have a room above the restaurant's kitchen, it's quite noisy.

The location of the hotel literally can't be beat. Smack-dab in the center of old town and walkable to everything in town. Plus it 's got some great curb appeal (see photos). Rooms were clean and neatly designed and if you're on the back side, the views are incredible. Make sure you try the complimentary apples - they were delicious!!

Clean, good location, good and affordable restaurant. Ability to check in early.

I was offered an early check in after a 13 hour night train journey. This was very nice but they failed to mention that the room I got was downgraded from what I booked and turned out to face a noisy street. No instructions on the spa or other facilities in the hotel which were so well positioned on the Booking website page. Do note that I did not bother to mention this the second day. On the day of check out i had to ask for the Brixen card which I should have been offered to me at check in. Moreover, I left my luggage at the front desk (simply across the desk in a public area as the other space was full) and I was hesitant at first, but left it anyway (always trust your instincts!) as I never had problems. On returning to pick it up it turned out that a taxi driver had mistakenly taken the luggage with another party of travelers. Which was very nicely checked by security footage. However never an apology was offered. Luckily it was found and returned after 2 hours of waiting but never was I offered an apology or a cup of coffee or glass of water. I think this place could learn to be a bit more hospitable and informing their visitors on what a great things they can (and cannot) offer. In the end all well and fine as I was on time to return and the taxi was still in service.

The location is excellent! The owner and front office manager, Eros, were very helpful and professional. I truly enjoyed my short stay in Brixen!

The central location

Perfect location in the center of Bressanone, nice atmosphere, staff is friendly and ready to accommodate any request. And the restaurant serves really good food, in particular the pizza is a true, amazing, Neapolitan one!

Great location. Good that they have an own parking lot. Tasty food and nice staff at the restaurant, they have gluten free options. Big bedroom.

Too pricey for the quality, it should be only 3 stars. Very small wellness. Furniture in the bedroom a bit old and one hears the neighbors and noise from the street. Didn’t tell us that the bathing robes needed to be paid extra (5 euro each, only one size). One gets a very different impression by looking at the hotel website, as if it were a fancy hotel. It definitely is not.

not worth the money

We went in summer - August - it was extremely stuff and hot in the room. There was one table fan, and when I asked for another one since I had booked a family room with 3 beds I was met with the curt response that there are no 'extra' fans and this hot weather is only for a few days in a year, so bear with it.

Great location close to restaurants & shopping. Beautiful views were a bonus! They accommodated 10 bicyclists with overnight storage. Very helpful staff & delicious breakfast.

A bit outdated rooms

The central location, whether you want to strolls trough town or get on to the river to get out, both possible super quick. ?? for the pizza on the in house restaurant!

The property was centrally located and the interior/exterior was very nice.

We stayed in the family room which was very spacious however the back room was very stuffy. The room does not have air conditioning and the day was very warm so the room was very warm. We had all the windows open which helped cool down the front room but then you had to contend with outside noise. There was a fan in the room which helped circulate the air but if you plan on staying during hot months, the room will be warm.

The staff is super welcoming, friendly and open to requests. It really was an added unexpected value. Good people really make a difference! Plus, they offer super good local apples! ;) Make sure you get a room with terrace. They are really great. overlooking the mountains and the city.

I am an architect. So this is a design-comment: some materials chosen by the designers could have been different, but only because in my opinion an hotel need materials easy to maintain clean. But cleaniness was absolutely satisfactory.

Spacious room, balcony, location, bicycle storage, bicycle themed hotel with tips for tours (incl. guided tours), sauna, nice and helpful staff

Our room was right above the kitchen which was ok since we stayed only for a night. Extra fee for bath robe and no slippers. Room was rather old but still fine. All in all we had a great stay at the hotel.
