    Pros +

    • Our stay at My Arbor Dolomites was outstanding. The hotel is beautifully designed, blending modern architecture with the surrounding forest and offering a calm, luxurious atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable.Service was professional and warm throughout our stay.A perfect adults only retreat focused on relaxation and wellness. Highly recommended.
    • We liked the evening restaurant, many small dishes in different flavors, changed daily. We liked a lot the spa area. Two people we would like to mention are Martha the waitress at evening who was a professional and amazing and pleasant person. Second one is Kiki, who was the guide in forest bathing meditation and in several saunas, an experience we will never forget.
    • Everything was perfect. This was one of the best stays of my life and I highly recommend this place.Dining, spa, gym, room, location - simply 11/10

    Cons -

    • Water pressure in the room is a bit low, towels heater not working all day, only at morning and evening, sauna opening hours are only from 11 could be better of it would start earlier. Also, we didn't related to the fact that the evening restaurant charge for tap water. We would prefer pay that money as a tip to the waiters.
    • No A/C but no problem as the weather was cool when i was there in September
    • Well, a very minor quibble, but the water in the hot tub could have been hotter! Note that this hotel was designed as a winter ski hotel so it does not have air conditioning, which was fine in late August...but apparently you can request a portable air conditioner if necessary.

The setting, architecture and food were fantastic. The indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and hot tub area were an added bonus. The location next to the Plose ski mountain and gondola were perfect.

My Arbor is magnificent! A one of a kind tree-full, peace-full experience! From the moment we arrived, the delightful staff brought us delicious drinks and snacks out on their patio overlooking the spectacular Dolomites. The service was excellent, room, perfectly set-up, the food, incredible, the pool and spa, amazing! They spoiled us! I will remember always!

Beautiful property with magnificent views. Rooms were rustic in style and well done. Lovely breakfast and dinners.

The drive up and down from Bressanone. After hiking we were often too tired to drive back down to town and hence opted to eat often at the hotel. The food was good but later in our stay, we opted to make the drive down anyway.

This hotel is fantastic! The staff are fantastic! The food is fantastic! Exceptional that every aspect of the property is well run. They must be very proud of the team who find ways to impress guests. We will return yearly on our vacation tours. Now included on our list of “MUST STAY” 5 day properties.

    Everything is fantastic.

This spa resort was wonderful. The room was spacious and overlooking the mountains. The spa facilities were so relaxing and the breakfast buffet had all sorts of choices from healthy to decadent.

We hoped that there would be stevia or allulose sweetener, but there wasn’t.

This is a fantastic hotel, more than that, a fantastic wellness experience. The facilities are really outstanding, particularly all of the spa. One of the highlights is also the exceptional cuisine, both at breakfast as well as for dinner. One of the best half-board experiences that we have ever had. One can tell that there is a lot of focus from the owners on delivering the best possible experience to guests!Overall, highly recommend the hotel and we would be very happily staying again!

The only element we would like to see addressed is the ability to communicate with employees in English. Often we found it difficult to communicate as most of the staff is primarily fluent on Italian / German (in a couple of instances this created some minor frustration). Bedding options beyond the more traditional "German" single duvets would be appreciated.

Fantastic view of the alps. I cancelled my trip to Seceda because I got the same view I wanted to see, right outside my hotel room.

Nothing much to complain about. It is not cheap but you get what you pay for

Amazing hotel for relaxation and traveling in the area. The staff was so friendly, attentive, professional and helpful. The half board is extensive and exceeded our expectations. The room designed very modern and luxury. The facilities, pools and the sauna are just stunning.

Nothing, the entire experience was incredible

Beautiful designGreat location Fabulous spaExceptional staff

The towelsThe hotel does not access the whole superski area. You need a car to do this. Plose has just enough family ski for 5 days.

You can tell when a hotel is well run by how easy it is to relax. Here we felt right at home from the start. The staff were brilliant. The cleaner knew exactly how to make sure our room was comfortable. The reception staff were helpful and made sure we had what we needed during our stay, catering for our tastes and allergies as well. But the bar and restaurant staff made the stay perfect. The chef created a menu to fit our many allergies and the wait staff were friendly. The spa staff too looked after us with care and consideration.

The room was quite warm even for winter but we just asked to have the temperature lowered at the front desk and it was fixed. We would’ve liked to be a bit higher up as we were woken by the person above foot steps in the morning but otherwise the room was quiet and we slept well.

the entire property is so soothing and relaxing! i found the spa facilities immaculately maintained and not too crowded at any time, and every view from the hotel was stunning. additionally, the hospitality was incomparable and we felt every team member went out of their way to make us feel at home. the on site breakfast spread was wonderful, and the lunch and dinner options were elevated alpine cuisine. would gladly return.

Although we didn’t know what to expect we were pleasantly surprised with overall experience of the hotel. Room was cosy, but it had all we need. large closet, spacious bathroom and magnificent view. Window bed was such a gem, especially in the night when we were able to look into the sky and watch the stars from the bed – it felt like we are somewhere outdoor in the middle of the woods. Breakfast and dinner offered quite a variety of the food. We were anxious every evening to see what will be on the menu. Staff was very helpful and it felt like they'll do anything to fulfill all our wishes. Spa center is not the biggest one, but saunas are and outside pools offer breathtaking views to surrounding mountains. We've loved sauna infusion programs and morning activities that were organised. We've stayed for five days, but next time it should be seven.

There was only one thing that bothered us. Sauna floor is supposed to be textile-free, but looks like this is not communicated well, since there were often visitors in swimsuits walking around. Looks like this hotel is also not immune to some intruders since there was a moment when group of young people in swimsuits barged into outside sauna and tried to organise their own infusion program. It took quite some time before stuff noticed them and escorted them out.

We loved the diffuser smell everywhere in the hotel. It was so fresh and non-intrusive, yet evoking the walk in a forest perfectly. We loved our room and the views. It was so private. Most other hotels in the area were next to the main road, whilst this one was so peaceful in the forest. We loved the ski-in option. The food was one of best we’ve tasted, and we have eaten in quite a few Michelin star restaurants. Staff couldn’t have been anymore helpful. We were sad to leave and hope to be back soon.

We were only disappointed that the spa area (steam, sauna, whirlpool etc) on -2 floor are not open until 11am. We pay for stay until 11am check out, so not having the use of a half of the facilities on the day of departure didn’t seem fair. We understand it takes time to warm them up, but it could be opened from 9:30 for example.
