The view from the room, the breakfast in the morning and the staff was friendly.

Fantastic location with view of the valley and the town. Even with low clouds it is wonderful. Authentic, family run hotel. Kind, helpful people.

Very nice, clean and spacious room with balcony overlooking the valley. So nice people! Both ladies very extremely charming and helpful. At the end I injured my leg during skiing and both were very kind and empathic.Very good thin pizzas!!

I would only suggest adding some basic pots and pans in the room since there is already the stove :)

Beautiful views, excellent pizza restaurant on site. Easy access to town with a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Lovely host and comfortable room with a beautiful view of Bressanone Brixen! The pizza was excellent, too.

It was a very nice hotel with a helpfull staff. The breakfast was nice and the pizzas excellent.The location was also excellent, a 15 - 20 minutes walk to the centre of Brixen. And you get a free pass for the public transport for the duration of your stay, so if you dont want to wall you can take the bus which stops in front of the hotel. Very handy :)

The staff was very responsible. We delayed the check-in time. She was still waiting for us and enthusiastically helped us check in and inform the breakfast time. The room is comfortable and spacious.

I don't know if there are bugs on the bed or something. I have a lot of red bags bitten by bugs.We went a little late. There was not much left for breakfast, and the coffee machine couldn't make hot milk.

The rooms are comfortable. But there are no kettle/coffee station in the rooms. And no other facilities either. The restaurant was closed when we were there (I would have expected them to notify us about those when making the booking). There were no other facilities nearby, and we needed to take the bus to town for everything. The bus stop is close, but the bus only runs once every hour.

The room was okay. But with the restaurant being closed, there are no other facilities available to use. Not even a water cooker. I would have expected to be notified of the restaurant closure for their 2 week summer holiday when making the booking. The breakfast was poor- small selection and fruit was even a bit off.

The room was amazingly comfortable, beautiful wooden interior. Restaurant offered good dinner and excellent breakfast! We were given a 3-day Brixen card that gave us access to the buses and museums!

Bit of a hike to get to town but the bus comes every hour so plan your trip into town. Rather expensive but I think you won't find much cheaper for what you get.

Owners very friendly, accommodating, informative and helpful. Great public transit system in Brixen.

The location, food, hotel.

The fact that I'd booked a room with a balcony & city view that had been pre-let & wasn't available. We were not made aware of this until our arrival & were asked if we wished to cancel! Following our 9 hr car journey from Italy this suggestion was not welcoming. Consequently we had to accept a side room which although comfortable did not have a balcony or city view as described when booked 8 weeks before arrival!

Staff were very friendly. Rooms/bathrooms looked recently renovated, which was nice. The balconies were nice.

The food was good, not great. The rooms facing the road were a little loud from the cars passing by.

I can’t even fully put in words how much I enjoyed my stay here. We had the apartment which is very big! It’s even bigger than the studio apartment I live in haha. It has a really big private balcony with a view on the beautiful hills outside. There is a kitchen included with dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is also a washing machine included and a drying rack on the balcony, which we used frequently. There is also a bidet, shower and bath. All by all, everything you need! Free parking spaces as well as an bus stop right in front of the gasthof. But what stayed with us the most was the immense and amazing hospitality of the hosts. There is an older lady working there who is so friendly and nice, I can’t describe how welcome she made us feel. The pizzeria which is on the ground floor of the gasthof has amazing pizza’s and will even do roomservice when asked. The staff will also offer plenty of other services and will really go out of their way for you to enjoy your stay. When we checked out, they even gave us a complimentary bottle of red wine! We will definitely return here in the future, and we were really sad to leave!

Friendly staff, good food, near to the Nature.

Food was excellent, rooms were clean and comfy, the lady of the house was very nice and helpfull. One of the best pizzas I ever ate (and I've lived in Italy for some time).

It was further from the city than I thought, a bit up in the mountains - my fault in misunderstanding the distance specified (1,4km as crow flies). Therefore quiet, which was good

Very friendly & helpful staff! The place of the Gasthof is close to the city centre and to the mountains too. At the beginning of our stay, we received a "welcome drink" and our kids colouring books, at the end of our stay also a little present, also cards for free entry to the Aquarena and a cable car to Plose. What we appreciated the most was the kindness of the ladies in the restaurant and at the reception (maybe owners?) and one of the best pizzas we ever had! Everything was super clean and the cleaning lady was also very friendly and smiling all the time :) Definitely would recommend staying here.

Our room was nice and well equipped, seemed like completely new attic apartment. It would be absolutely great if there was air-conditioning, but it was ok thanks to window blinds and big doors to the terrace so we could ventilate the hot air.

The room, the sights from the room, the restaurant is perfect to have dinner. The location of the hotel is ideal.

Everything was perfect.

We stayed only a couple of days, but it was a pleasant surprise. The room was comfortable for a family of four, had a sitting area, equipped kitchen and decent bathroom. It also had an amazing view terrace.The biggest win for us was the great Pizzeria that attracted locals from the vicinity. The pizza was fantastic there.The staff was very nice too.
