- This is hands down the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. Everything was absolutely perfect — there is honestly nothing to complain about. The service is outstanding, the food is delicious and varied, all ingredients are fresh, and the breakfasts are excellent. The level of care really stood out: I forgot my glasses at a restaurant in a nearby town, and the hotel staff actually brought them to me. I was genuinely surprised — that kind of service is rare. The spa is fantastic, with a great variety of saunas and a very nice pool. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had — if I had known, I would have gone every day instead of only at the end of our stay. The internet was another big surprise: incredibly fast and reliable, easily one of the best Wi-Fi connections I’ve experienced anywhere in Europe, especially impressive for a mountain location.I also really appreciated the pillow selection — this matters a lot to me. The pillows and mattress were perfect, and I slept like a baby.We will definitely be coming back, maybe in summer, and without a doubt again next winter. Absolutely worth the money. Highly recommended

- Beautiful location & beautiful hotel. Very good service with wonderful spa and dining experience. I wish I stayed a bit longer.
Cons -
- The food (dinner) not really that worth the value. The massage was not very impressive
- Nothing. Seriously - I've never had an experience like that. It was that good.
- I sent emails to the property before my visit but there was no response. These were important as I asked questions about getting there. I called the hotel twice two days before arriving but said wrong number. I had the staff at a hotel I was staying at to call and they couldn’t get through either. This needs to corrected as it was my first time visiting your hotel and is in a unique location. We arrived at the train station with no idea where to go. I asked a young man named Simon if he knew where to go. Well he sure did! If it wasn’t for him we would have never made it. It turned out he works there and was exceptionally helpful. We thanked him 3 times. You should give him a raise for going above and beyond for your hotel. Also the price for the trip down the hill was very steep at 200 Euros, had to negotiate it down to 100. They were soaking guests at that price.

Nice space, nice view, nice spa and nice staff

Everything. It was truly an exceptional experience from when we checked in to when we checked out. Food was phenomenal, service was great, facilities were nice, location is unreal. So glad we were able to go here for our anniversary.
Nothing. Seriously - I've never had an experience like that. It was that good.
The breakfast was amazing! The view was stunning. The veal dinner was life changing and unforgettable. The salad with egg yoke dressing was delectable as was the rye bread. That bread was the best rye bread I have ever eaten. The staff were incredible helpful. The Wyda walk was very special, the exercises were so incredible. The 5 saunas were very special. We enjoyed all of them and the ice cold bath. The fireplace was beautiful and the staff were incredible. This was my very first 5 star hotel but won’t be my last. I will be returning in November for the slow period as less people and a lower price. Keep up the good work, word of mouth is working for you.

Amazing hotel and stay. I’d love to thank all the Forestis team, especially Mr Hannes, who was super kind in helping us out of the trouble when our car tier went flat in the mid way of the mountain road. Very impressive experience.
Amazing property. An excellent place to relax. The staff is really very good and always ready to help. Swimming pool, sauna, spa etc all facilities are top class. Food is excellent and restaurant has amazing views.
Excellent service and friendly staff, great food options, beautiful views from the hotel
The drive to and from the property is not very easy
Insanely beautiful view of Dolomites and exquisite interior design. Michelin worthy food and world class service. Attention to details was impeccable!
Nothing!!
Wow wow wow on this place. Can’t even describe how good the place was. Amazing staff. Amazing facilities. You don’t need to leave the place everything is available. Extremely professional and nice staff. Enrico from the dining area was an amazing person that was serving us the whole stay.
For a night owl not much to do after 11 if you want to just chill and can’t sleep.
From the moment we arrived at Forestis, it was clear this was no ordinary stay. Nestled high in the Dolomites, the location alone is breathtaking—but it’s the exceptional staff and world-class facilities that truly set this hotel apart.Every member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our experience unforgettable. Whether it was the seamless check-in, personalised recommendations, or small thoughtful gestures throughout our stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond. The facilities are nothing short of spectacular. The spa is a sanctuary—modern, expansive, and perfectly designed to melt away stress. The infinity pool overlooking the mountain range was a highlight, and the wellness treatments were deeply restorative. Dining at Forestis is an experience unto itself: locally-sourced, artfully prepared dishes in a serene setting with panoramic views. Our suite was a perfect blend of minimalist luxury and alpine charm, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering uninterrupted views of the forest and peaks beyond.Forestis is the epitome of quiet luxury, where nature, design, and service harmonise effortlessly. We left feeling truly renewed and can’t wait to return.
Forestis is pure serenity. The stunning mountain views, thoughtful design, and exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. Every detail felt intentional, and the staff’s warm hospitality made it even more special. Can’t wait to return.
While the overall experience was incredible, I found the lunch and dinner food options a bit limited, and the pricing felt on the higher side. A bit more variety would definitely elevate the dining experience.
First of all the amazing view from our panoramic window was amazing, more than amazing. Then we really enjoyed our private table at the restaurant as well as the very professional spa. Also the staff was very helpfull and kind, the front yard big enough for enjoying the snow. They also have a variety of products as soaps and syrups made from pine and spruce that smell or taste amazing.
The pool really is excellent, and such a sun trap. The sunset was out of this world. It was never too full even on Valentine’s Day when the hotel seemed to have had high occupancy. Loved the lactose free selection at breakfast and again the views. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience and that makes it worth it.
The drive to the hotel from Brixen is quite long and tiresome. I suspect when it snows heavily, it’s hard to drive it. Just something to be aware of. Of course, the reward is the beautiful view.
Outstanding design, concept and ambiance. Can’t imagine giving this hotel anything less than a 10. Impeccably clean spa zone, great relaxing activities, everything was so picturesque for me that I felt sorry that it’s impossible to take pictures with my own eyes, cause I didn’t wanna carry my phone around.
A 7 courses set was really overestimated and too much for us. We liked the food from the regular all day menu much more.
An amazing hotel and marvellous experience. The view was exceptional. The minimalistic design concept was unique. The restaurant service and the food perfect. The swimming pool and spa area perfect.
One of the best hotels I've ever been. Perfect service, location and interior design. Breathtaking view from the suite.
Marvellous service from Sara, Gianina and Sandra, among many other highly attentive staff! Thank you all!
Forestis exceeded our expectations and is second to none. The best words to describe the place are Silence and Serenity. All staff had excellent attitude and services were top notch. Don't forget to include dinner at the Panoramic restaurant. Recommend without any hesitation.
