    Pros +

    • I was a little nervous booking a hotel so close to the train station but it was great. It was clean, the staff was so nice and helpful, the breakfast was huge and yummy. The bar was pleasant. And it was so convenient to the station and the buses. And there is a grocery and a pharmacy down the block. Also receive the Brixen card with free bus rides, free cable car ride to Plose and several other things I wasn’t able to use.
    • Train station and bus stop are right in front of the hotel, they also provide Brixen Card to travel around South Tyrol. Staff was very helpful and Italians breakfast provided.
    • Easiest location if car-less and arriving from the station. Large room with comfortable bedding. Brixen card provided was useful.

    Cons -

    • I really can’t think of anything.
    • Don’t have electric kettle
    • A bit expensive but close to station made it worth the cost (we have a lot of ski luggage).

Location is excellent. Train station and bus stop are right outside of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent.

The cleaning crew come a little bit too early in the morning, they came to knock my door around 8 when I was still sleeping.

The location, room , staff and breakfast were great! The staff made sure we knew how to use our tourist card and saved us a bunch of money that way.

The rooms looked a little outdated but we didn’t care much.

Easy to travel by bus and train because location was very close to the both stations.Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel gave the fan in the room which made us comfortable.

Huge room with a big bed, large desk and separated seating area. Fantastic breakfast including homemade bread, fresh croissants, fruit, etc etc in a lovely dining room. Very friendly front desk available all day. Safe bike storage. Very nice pool with comfortable water temperature. Nice garden with lounge chairs very easy walking distance to historic center.

Directly next to the bus depot so our view wasn't great. Earplugs overnight. A small table in the sitting area would have made the two chairs more useful.

Great location close to downtown and bus station!

Pool could be cleaner, there could be more staff to assist you, room had odd smell

Proximity to train station (100m?) an absolute plus, especially when arriving late in the evening as we did. Also very close to the lovely old center of town which begs to be explored even when staying just one night.Excellent breakfast, in style with the old fashioned elegance of the place.

Lovely hotel across the street from the train station and a short walk from the center. Quiet. Friendly, accommodating staff. Abundant breakfast.

    A little pricy.

Excellent location right by the bus and train, comfy beds, very clean, helpful staff, nice breakfast and good views from the window

Gardens need a bit more care and seating. Bar could stay open longer

This hotel is very cute. We love this place. The staff was extremely nice. She shared information to us and also gave us a free pass to travel around in the city. We got help instantly.

The elevator was slow. It's a long wait for us since we have many luggages. The breakfast has few options, and small.

Everything was good. the room met expectations. overall, everything is great, clean. The staff is very friendly, caring and attentive. The furniture is a little bit old and there was no refrigerator and kettle in the room itself.

Really nice breakfast, super cute building with stylish lobby & restaurant area!

A kettle in the room would have been nice, but not a big issue.

    10ShiquanPosted on: 3-28-2025

Perfect location next to the bus station and within walking distance to the center of the town. The room is comfortable and clean enough. And the view is amazing!

    10HelenPosted on: 3-11-2025

Great location right at train station. Staff were very helpful. Bus station also outside. 10 minute walk to centre.

    Nothing to dislike.

    10ChristopherPosted on: 3-9-2025

For me the location was a perfect transition between arriving on the train from Munich and leaving for Corvara on the bus.

    8FrankPosted on: 3-3-2025

Good location, about 5-10 minutes from center. Room was basic but ok. Good breakfast.

The shower was a bit old and wobbly.

    10Nov2ojPosted on: 2-13-2025

The room was spacious, comfortable, and well insulated from the outside noise despite its proximity to the train station. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Great base to explore Brixen and the area. Highly recommend!

    8MarinaPosted on: 2-2-2025

Very convenient location, very good breakfast buffet.

The room was too hot. We had to open the window but that meant we heard some traffic noise. There was no thermostat on the radiation to control the temperature.
