Hotel Traube

The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home right away. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. They gave us great recommendations on places to visit, which really helped us make the most of our stay. The hotel has a partner parking area nearby, which was very convenient, and they also own a restaurant just a few minutes away where we had dinner — and it was absolutely excellent. Breakfast was also great, with plenty of fresh options and everything well prepared. Overall, a perfect stay from start to finish.

Our room has a little attic where we enjoyed the mountain views. It’s within a short walk from the train and bus stations. We also enjoyed riding the free bicycles along the river and around the town. Wonderful breakfast with lots of choices. We had to catch train early on our last day, and they were so nice to let us have breakfast early. The hotel ground is very beautiful. We are very satisfied and looking forward to staying in this hotel next time we are back.

The property was good for the money.

Parking gate did not work for two days…had to spend too much time sitting in the car in a line waiting to be let in or out. Other than that it was good

Fabulous breakfasts. Great garden with pool. Free Afternoon snacks. Very easy walk into town. Free use of bikes and the Brixen card was great!! Bus 5 minutes away to take one to the cable car.

The hotel is very pleasant, comfortable, and well-maintained. Most of the staff were very kind, professional, and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and overall found it to be a very pleasant and comfortable place. However, upon check-in on the first day, we were treated rather rudely by the front desk staff. We simply asked to check in as usual, but she appeared unfriendly and gave us a cold attitude. She mentioned that she would send the Brixen Card to our email, so we went to drop off our luggage in the room. When we went out again, we still had not received any email, so we politely asked her once more if she had already sent it. She pursed her lips and sighed at us, which felt quite disrespectful and unprofessional.We are not sure if this behavior was due to any misunderstanding, but we did nothing wrong and made no unreasonable requests. It was there’s disappointing to be treated this way. That said, the other staff members were all very kind, professional, and helpful. We sincerely hope that this particular staff member can improve her professionalism, as hospitality requires a service-minded attitude and respectful communication with guests.

They made our honeymoon extra special. We had a wonderful room. Very easy walk to the train and bus station. Close to delicious restaurants. Came with a free bus pass and lift ticket for plose.

The staff team provided very good service and had thoughtful suggestions for our activities. Good breakfast, clean room, mostly quiet and located in a central area. Very nice garden with a pool. What's not to like!

Though not a must, air conditioning and noise proof windows would be nice to have.

Roon is a little small.

Checking out was really wiered with the other reception, price value i think its ovwrpriced when they dont have possibility to use the pool and whirpool

We were able to use bicycles free of charge to tour nearby villages. The Brixen card allowed us to use the Plose gondola to do some of the best hiking we have ever done! The breakfast was delicious and the staff could not have been more helpful! The beds were very comfortable. There is no air conditioning which may be a problem for some. I highly recommend this quaint hotel.

We kept the windows open because it was a bit warm and being the weekend, there were late night party goers that thought it enjoyable to yell and clap their hands as they passed under our open windows waking us up at 2am. Definitely not the fault of our host.

The hotel reception desk was above and beyond helpful. Our room was excellent, spacious, and clean, with great views of the beautiful garden, pool area, and the alpine hills. The breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of items, and the staff was very nice. We had coffee and tea makings in our room. It was a great location as we walked to several must-see places and restaurants. Getting the Brixen card for our stay was great; it gave us access to tourist places and the local public transport network.

We liked everything, so cannot respond to what we didn't like.
