Breakfast was an excellent. Coffe at breakfast was not so good as in the bar. The dinner was worse. . The dinner was really very tasty but the portion was as a degustation menu. We prefer modern cuisine and seafood especially. We do not want to eat a lot of before sleeping and when we took the salad buffee it was enough for us. But one day the salad buffee was not ( it was dessert buffee) , I have to say that I was hungry. The room was modern, only the double bed was too smal. The location an the view from the hotel was amazing.

Best decision to book here - it was a splurge to book here but as soon as we arrived we wished we booked a longer stay. We felt so relaxed and pampered for every moment of our stay, the team at Santre attended to our every comfort. The rooms were spacious, clean and new, with a comfy sun bed and balcony to relax on. The views of the mountains and rolling hills were stunning - the hotel is built against the cliff side so every room has amazing views. The pool and spa facilities are absolutely spectacular and available to use at our leisure. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious - we were stuffed and loved the selection and combination of ala carte and buffet style. We joined in on some of the organised activities such as a trail run, hike, massage and aufgass and enjoyed ourselves immensely. There is so much on offer and to keep you relaxed and entertained through the day. It’s actually such great value for money for the level of luxury and inclusions you experience.

- We did not like that we were seated at the same table for every meal over the 3 days we stayed. We were seated in the back corner and had multiple different waiters throughout the meal. 2 nights we were forgotten about and an hour later had to ask where our next course was. We also ordered water which never arrived to the table but we were charged for. - Sauna's only open at 11am each day.

This enchanting retreat boasts a fantastic spa and breathtaking views, making it an idyllic haven for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The common areas were a little bit warm, which may affect comfort levels for some people.

Great location with stunning panoramic views on the mountains. Near to Brixen and Plose cable car (entrance included in guest card that received on check-in)The interior design of the suite is very impressive. Hotel owners and the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming.SPA facilities, SPA treatments, infinity pool and gym are absolutely superb. On the bar you can order a variety of liquor and cocktails.The dinner service on very high level, truly exceptional.

Amazing hotel, food, spa, staff.

There is only one word that can describe the hotel - wooow! Location, facilities, food, staff.. I don't remember the last time I had such a nice stay. The hotel is very chic and elegant. Food is one time, gosh the dinner deserves a Michelin star, I felt the umami there. You have to go and experience it yourself, you won't regret, I can promise you. Wellness area was amazing, too. The infinity pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna.. all with a view towards the mountains. Respect to the Goller Family for creating such a jewel and for taking an active part in running the hotel. My birthday happened to be during my stay in the hotel and the whole staff made sure it is a birthday I will never forget. Looking forward to my next visit.

Staying at this hotel has been one of the best experiences we've ever had. Everything was at the highest level – from the comfort and service to the staff and restaurant. The attention to detail and overall service surpassed all expectations. This is truly one of the finest hotels we have ever visited, and we highly commend the exceptional standards in every aspect.
