Residence Hotel Gasser

Great location, food was absolutely amazing, definitely worth a trip back

Room was great, food was amazing and lots of it

Top location: overlooking a riverbank park - but only a five minute walk to the town centre. The large room with balcony was also very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. An excellent breakfast was provided. The 11.00am check-out meant no rushing on our last morning.

Supplementing the entrance steps with a ramp would make things easier with heavy cases. With the main offices being in another building, there were no staff available to help with luggage. Once inside, there was a spacious elevator, however.

Location clean and warm throughout

Rather pricy for 1 night stay when no possibility to use facilities

Location was excellent. Breakfast was excellent.

No air conditioning and I had to ask for a kettle - no tea or coffee provided!

friendly personnel

250m to the main building with the administration stuff and the wellness area (so complicated to address)

Good breakfast. Large rooms.

You had to check out in the morning in a building down the road from the hotel which was inconvenient.

Location very central, very comfortable, great breakfast, helpful staff, safe car parking, super facilities.

Super friendly staff and great with access to the wellness Center at the main hotel!

Only minus points for us coming with a stroller was the stairs before the reception and that it wasn’t possible to close all the windows to make it really dark in the night.

Location

The reception was over 400m walk away ! Expensive for how basic everything was.

Great location, facilities, food/breakfast, comfort, helpful staff, cleanliness, peacefulness. Swimming pools and spa facilities a great addition to the high quality of accommodation.

Lovely breakfast, really nice view from the balcony and very close to the centre.

The shower was prone to leak.

great location, very close to Brixen Centre, Great facilities, friendly staff, good breakfast

The staff at the main building reception was extremely friendly, helpful and nice. The room was very very clean and large. There was plenty of space for parking too.We could use the pool and it was very relaxing.

The room's wall and bath tub were a bit old.

great location, very clean and comfortable. very helpful staff

excellent location and breakfast staff lovely and helpful

room was a little hot

great breakfast, friendly staff

facilities seem very nice but they close at 7pm

Breakfast was great. General feeling is last century but generally things were all ok

Gasser is now a dependence of main hotel so nobody is generally at the counter. A bit confusing. Last floor in sunny days of may was rather warm.

Room was very clean and spacious.

Breakfast

Good

The sound and light installation outside of the property did run until midnight, a bit noisy to have a good night.
