Pros +
- Loved the comfort of our room. The hotel location was great. Breakfast was terrific. Wish we could have stayed longer.
- The personal welcome hand written note that awaited us in the room.Very helpful, cheerful and nice staff.Location was great. Breakfast great, wifi great in the rooms
- Everything about this hotel appears new and polished with modern clean lines in a beautifully restored building. The rooftop pool and spa were lovely respites at the end of a day's touring. The breakfast choices were abundant, including the option for a cooked breakfast. All the staff were service oriented and pleasant.
Cons -
- On Friday evening there was a very loud an electronic concert near by that kept us up past midnight
- No complains at all.
- The clothing storage was well thought out, but there were minor issues with functionality in general. The little table in the sitting area was only large enough for two cups of tea. There was no desk or table on which to write or spread out maps, etc. The bedside table was taken up almost entirely by a lamp. Half of the room - the entry, sitting area and one side of the bed were well lit. The far side of the room had no lighting except for a small bedside reading light, and the darkness took away from the overall ambiance of the space. For the money, I expected a view better than the scaffolding directly outside our window with a rotting wheel of cheese caught on an overhang.

Location, staff, and beauty
Amazing (and helpful) staff, beautiful facilities, and right in the center of the city. Really easy parking situation. Free city pass for buses & Prose was a treat. Lastly, the breakfast spread was AWESOME-- amazing fresh fruit! Would stay here anytime I am in Brixen.
Honestly, nothing-- we loved it!
Comfortable spacious common areas. Deliciously varied breakfast buffet. Conveniently located within casual walking distance to the entire historical center of town.
We all wanted to stay longer.
The staff were extremely helpful in setting up a dinner reservation for me the night of my arrival since the hotel restaurant was closed that evening. They also arranged the taxi I requested, helped me with my luggage and just had a friendly and service first approach to helping their guests. Even the breakfast room team was exceptional.
Beautifully restored historical hotel in the heart of the old town, just steps from restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and equipped with excellent modern amenities. This was the first hotel during our 14-day Tyrolean trip to have air conditioning—a welcome feature, especially with daytime temperatures reaching 95°F.Wonderful breakfast and great service. Highly recommended!
Amazing location, sizable room, very clean and chic interior decor. Everything was beautiful. Loved the place.
It would be nicer if the hotel has a jacuzi, which would be great if you come back from a cold rainy day climbing the mountains. The breakfast variety could be enhanced a bit.
Wonderful breakfast Very polite and attentive staff Great spa and pool area Hotel location is close to all attractions Nice restaurants
Everything! Was an amazing experience! From the reception, beautiful design of the hotel, the atmosphere, the staff, extra ordinery breakfast!
The hotel is beautiful, it is renovated but you can still see the beauty of the historic building. The room was big and the spa and outdoor pool were gorgeous. The hotel stuff noticed it is my husband's bday without us telling them and gave us a little surprise on breakfast which was amazing!
Nice place in the downtown
The Balconi was in front a wall so the view was ZERO, I could touch the Wall
Fantastic breakfast service. Great parking nearby in a closed garage. Lovely views.
Pool closed on day of visit even though was supposed to be open.
Very well situated , very nice and helpful staff, 1 restaurant and 1 wine bar both of great quality
This hotel is a gem in Brixen old town next to cute restaurants and the Christmas Market. The building is beautiful and vibe is cozy and welcoming. Everyone was super polite. The room was very clean and had all the amenities (coffee super important ?)! The spa and relaxing area was a bonus!! Breakfast had everything one could need!
Great place in the heart of the old town. The rooftop heated pool is a wonderful experience especially in winter
