Crowne Plaza Huangshan Yucheng By IHG

Convenient

No air conditioner for winter time. Some rooms are super hot and cannot sleep well

Like to thanks Betty who helps to facilitate and arrange all my transport including tour guide to Huangshan and Wuyuan.

The staff organized for trips that required WeChat only bookings and found us drivers to take us around( less than tours). We comfortably saw a lot of things plus Huangshan mountain from one gate

The location is good and I think the breakfast spread is nice. Overall, the hotel is large and the rooms are also good and comfortable as they are big and toilet is big too.

Disappointed in the sense that the Main Lobby and also the breakfast restaurant is not properly heated. Even the staff have to wear Overcoats indoor in the check in area and I could see that many of the staff in the restaurant was shivering.Did not want to stay in the Lobby area at all and would not even want to have a drink at the Bar as it is not comfortable. Breakfast spread was nice but it is difficult to enjoy the food when you are also shivering from the cold.

Room n facilities are well maintained

Breakfast range n service can be better. Coffee was not easily available. More Western options.

The location is near to the river that has a pedestrian walk with trees and plants along the way. Air is fresh and breezy. The hotel has a grand appearance at the lobby and my room is modern, clean, spacious and has a balcony overlooking the river.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked by the doorman and the bellhop who waited for us to take our heavy luggage down from the taxi without giving us a hand. On the first night we had our dinner at their Chinese restaurant and was again shocked by the waitress attitude, after being given the menu, she returned to get our orders within 5 minutes and I said we were not ready yet. She disappeared completely after a very long time. I noticed there were only about 3 tables in the big restaurant. I don't think they care about customer service and may not stay at this hotel again.

Terrific location, beautiful riverfront, friendly staff

Fixtures in the rooms are a bit dated, should provide pod coffee (nespresso) in rooms-not instant coffee, lighting was a bit dark. Lastly, pet policies should be clearly defined, one member in our family traveled with a small dog, on arrival, at check in, there was confusion (even though it was noted on our booking)

Breakfast is great. Restaurant is also great.

Facility is a bit old.
