Self-check in doesn't work properly. Booking Customer support was needed.

The breakfast was great, with proper orange juice, real coffee and local honey.

Right in the heart of Judenburg. Cute rooms and beautiful dining area.

Breakfast staff quite rude and disinterested. With still more than an hour before the end of breakfast-time, buffet food/drink items were not being replenished - even after having to find and beg the staff.

Breakfast was ok with a space for me and my dog . Bed pretty comfortable but the front desk not so happy and friendly. She was a bit rude and poor German … value for money it’s so lalala. It’s ok but find it a bit too expensive plus that you have 10€ pro night just for the dog who basically doesn’t require to much …

Position and breakfast

Very nice area, easy parking, excelent breakfest.

When reserving hotel it was told all taxes are included. They send me an invoice about city tax afterwards. Therefore zero points.

City tax was not in the booking price even they it was said all taxes included. Now they send me an invoice AFTERWARDS!

The hotel is nice and cosy, well located and with private parking.The room was spacious for 4 people, comfortable and clean.The breakfast was very good with big choice of food and drinks.

There was no air conditioning in the room.The temperature was 31 C degrees so it was very hot in my room. But the stuff gave us a ventilator.

The breakfast was great and each staff member I met was professional. Our room had a double bed and bunk bed. The sheets, towels and furniture were clean. Austria was going through a heat wave so our top floor room was really hot and stuffy with just one plug-in fan. I should have asked for a second one. It was quiet at night. There were two saunas and a relaxation area but since it was 32 outside there was no need to use the saunas.

Other than the high price I have no complaints.

A well-arranged hotel in a beautiful historic monastery, which now also houses a music school. Hotel rooms are located in the attic - we had a beautiful view of the city and the mountains. The hotel has its own parking available for free. Very good, rich breakfast. Beautiful sourroudings and town. Regret we stayed here only for one night.

No kettle in the room (although cups and tea are available). We were also surprised to have to pay for the mineral water we drank (which was available on the table in the room).

A very nice hotel in a small town Judenburg, with private parking, 2 minutes walk from a main square.The room was spacious And comfortable, very clean. There is no air conditioning.Wonderful breakfast, with a big choice of food, even with a wafle maker for children.

The bar stools for solo travellers in the breakfast restaurant are uncomfortable.

The best location,amazing garden/park and the best playroom for kids,overall this is the place to stay in Judenburg!
