    Pros +

    • Great location, staff were extremely nice, restaurant food was excellent.
    • The comfort rooms are very spacious and have a wonderful view. I definetely recommend them.
    • Breakfast, view, stuff.

    Cons -

    • No complaints
    • The breakfast was average, but nothing to get excited about. The rolls weren't fresh from the baker, and the juice was disappointingly artificial—overly sweet and straight from a machine. If you're vegan, options are quite limited: mostly marmalade, chocolate spread, or some cucumber that you can put on your bread or roll.

    Nice location and viewSPA

Turn after parking entrance does not allow large cars and nobody notified about complexity to enter parkingAlso had issues that my car was blocked by another car in the parking lot

Everything leaves place for better. Kitchen in the evening was really good. Breakfast was horrible. Rooms cold and noisy. Will never come back nor recommend this to anyone.

Breakfast great, staff very friendly and helpful, view from room great.

Very tiny unreadable light switches, inadequate heating in room (only a heating unit in the bathroom), could not figure out how to turn TV on. Elevator worked only with room card, and several times could not operate it.

    The safe parking

Old food on the buffets - used several times and was left overs from several days before, even the bread on the breakfast buffet.

Manager was helpful, he provided more information how to reach innsbruck by giving details of bus and tourist attractions in city.

The hotel is situated very close to the city center with all the cozy restaurants. Hotel room was very clean calm with amazing views. Excellent quality of food and spacious spa. We enjoyed our stay.

    I think, it's a bit expensive.

Location is perfect, beds and towels are very good. The breakfast is wonderful. The terras is lovely, the staff is professional, the parking garage right under the hotel.

I booked a hotel with AirCo, but did not realize that the 3-bed-rooms have no AirCo. These rooms are not in the tower but in an attached old building. We moved to two doublerooms in the tower with a cooling system. With 35 degree outside, even more in the 3-bedroom, we needed that cooling. We paid extra, of course. The parking was 10 euro for one night. I am not sure at all if we had then a good deal in comparison to other hotels. The lift was very smal. 4 persons max and no luggage cart that fit in. With a bustour arriving we neede patience! It took a long time to get to the dubble rooms. The room in the tower is fancy but not practical. If you open the window you can not enter the bathroom. If you climb in the bathtub for a shower you need to hold on to the sink. The lightswitchs for everything is on one panel and need to be read: which one needs to be On/off. My mom of 88 couldn't. The TV is not facing the bed because of the "pizza shape" room. Fancy architecture but not practical.

Great location sitting just above the main old town, the staff is friendly and the breakfast was one of the best I had in hotels for a good while.

    9ErichPosted on: 7-18-2024

Very nice hotel. Great roons. Nice welness area. Good location. Very friendly staff, especially at the reception. Breakfast ok

    A fridge would be nice

    10JoycePosted on: 6-24-2024

The room was huge and the views of the mountains were fantastic. The breakfast was good with lots of choice 100yards from the bus stop to Innsbruck. Hall in Tyrol was a few minutes walk and a lovely centre with shops and cafes. The car park was large so always plenty of space.

The weather but hotel couldn’t arrange that.

    Nice view, nice reception staff.

Some restaurant staff. They refused to provide room service saying that they are very busy now. It is unacceptable.

    9GreyPosted on: 12-12-2023

Spectacular views of the Inn river valley and of the surrounding Alps from BIG panoramic windows (get an upper floor room if you can - amazing), 60 second walk from the walled old town. Very clean and modern and comfortable. Reasonably good breakfast. Downstairs parking was super-convenient. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

    Everything was great.

    9ErichPosted on: 10-5-2023

Very bright, modern and splendid rooms. Very nice and spaceous wellness area and not much frequented. Most visitors just stay 1-2 nights

Good breakfast, but quality of the products is more on the cost efficient side. (Supermarkt standard, not too much local bio standards)

    Location, staff and the food

Room is pretty basic with minimal amenities. The floor is very slippery and could be dangerous for elderly and handicapped people.

    9PerranPosted on: 9-3-2023

An excellent location near the stunning medieval centre of Hall in Tirol. The view through the large glass windows. The excellent breakfast.

A delay in checking in even though we arrived at the correct time.

    7PhilippPosted on: 7-17-2023

We received a upgrade to a room on the north side ... The panorama is breathtaking and the size of the room was quite big.

There is no air condition. To be fair, they don't advertise one and I like to avoid them unless absolutely necessary, but in a glass tower in the form of a yoghurt cup on a hot summer day, one should have anticipated quite some heat developing. So, it was really hot and opening the two windows didn't make up for that.
