    Pros +

    • Big clean room.Breakfast BuffetWonderful view of the mountains ⛰️
    • Very good breakfast in the old German style. Plenty of smoked salmon. Our dinner la carte was excellent. Good selecton of Austrian wines.
    • We received big appartment with our 2 kids. We thought of staying in modern part of the hotel as we see it in the advertesiment, but we stayed in old style rooms. But we liked it as it was two very big rooms appartment. Breakfast was also very nice and included local foods. Coffee was really good. We liked the around and a wonderful mountain view in the morning.

    Cons -

    • Traffic on the motorway was congested (mega-stau) towards the pass of Brenner. This was Pentecost Sunday morning. Germany-plated cars filled the road. When finally in Italy the traffic gradually became easier.
    • Pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable- we didn’t get much sleep on it.
    • Room we had was nothing like the one as described on the internet (small, air con not working, toilet seat broken, no view etc). We booked last minute so I think ended up with the last room they had. Other rooms there were probably much bigger with good views - worth checking this before booking.

Stayed in new part of the hotel. Got a room upgrade on arrival which was a nice bonus. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had beautiful view onto the Alps. It even had a jacuzzi bath !

The hotel was very expensive for what it had to offer. The breakfast was not good and the area was not clean. The staff

I had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful hotel located in a village near the Alps near Innsbruck. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel, you can easily get from the city to the hotel and back in about 30 minutes. I got a room with a single bed, it was clean, comfortable, and you could see the mountains from the window. The room has, in addition to everything, a bathrobe, slippers, and a minibar. There is a SPA area with a Finnish sauna, hammam, and a relaxation area on sun loungers with a panoramic window through which you can see the mountains. I would like to note that in the spa, basically everyone was naked in the baths and showers, be prepared for this. There is a restaurant with Austrian cuisine, it was delicious. I was especially impressed by the choice of food during breakfast, it was a choice like a 5* hotel, it was dizzying. Definitely recommended?

It is quite a big hotel near Innsbruck with good infrastructure (Restaurant, gym, spa, free parking) and big, light rooms. The stuff is very polite and helpful. At the same time the hotel used by travel groups and you should know it when you go for breakfast :) try to avoid them in the morning if you want quite atmosphere. Can recommend this hotel.

Even I have arrived after 23h, staff made it possible to leave me a key. Very nice from them. Very clean and comfortable rooms (stayed in new part of the hotel). Nice breakfast. Would stay again

Not the biggest choice for breakfast. Cappucino machine was broken. Not the best views from some part of the hotel.

There is a receptionist, who worked night shifts, she is definitely the nicest person I have ever met, they should give her a promotion

    No amenities in the hotel

The building in the back is modern and feels comfortable.

The front building looks and feels dated.

    as above

The staff in the restaurant (evening) could have been much friendlier and more hospitable not just to the Stammkunden!

The older part of the hotel was not impressing but the new part/rooms where above expectations!
