Hotel Goldener Adler Wattens

The hotel itself is great and clean, located in the middle of Wattens, nice size family room with comfortable beds, with a great breakfast, and walkable to restaurants etc.

We were at the hotel in the summer, and although they had a portable AC in the room, it wasn't working as expected and cooling us off. If we tried to open the windows, the bar on the first floor was really loud late into the night. So we had no choice but to sleep in a stuffy room. I'd definitely stay again, as long as it is not a hot day/night.

The rooms were nice but had no A/C. The breakfast was FANTASTIC!!!!

No A/C, the parking was at a separate underground location behind the hotel. It was safe but not as convenient.

Very nice hotel; rooms were comfortable and very clean; very good breakfast buffet. They welcomed our pet. Staff was extremely kind and friendly.

Not easy to park around the hotel, although they have an underground parking garage. Location is ok-ish: it got about 15-20 mins to get into Innsbruck, but with roadwork on the highway it could take much longer.

The room is spacious and clean. Nice view from the window.

Got a room above the restaurant facing main street. Was very loud.The hotel even supplies ear plugs

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful on checking in. She had a difficult guest ahead of me and she handled the situation well. Rooms were a great size with wood accents that added great charm. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Location is great, in a beautiful valley and in the heart of the down and 10 minute walk from Swarovski.

Room layout was a little quirky but was modern.

nice hotel close to Swarovski Krystallwelt. Nice location also to reach Inssbruck or other places in the area. Good breakfast with a lot of choices. Room was quite spacious and confortable. Spa area is nice for the hotel.

only negative is the noise: this hotel is located almost directly on the main road crossing Wattens and traffic can be intense, just to be aware. a bit pricey (heavy discount available "on the day" that made our reservation a bit pricey)

The place was really clean, cosy, comfortable and well decorated. The warm-hearted and affectionate girl who was working there took pity of four hungry travellers and arranged for us to get some food late in the evening from a nearby pizzeria.

Traffic noise from the busy street

Everything. Location, restaurant. I was 250 meters away from the location of my meetings. Staff are very friendly and their kitchen is awesome.

The receptionist was extremely welcoming and friendly. She absolutely made the experience for us since being in Austria we had not had the best customer service elsewhere but here it was different. The location is great, 10min from Swarovski museum. Fairly big rooms and had a lovely view of the mountains.

Nothing tbh, we knew the rooms where basic & they are just like images.

Room was perfect for 2 addults and 2 kids. Breakfast was good and the location was right in the city center.

Long walk to railway station. We had to get a car ride when we left with our bags. Walked home from station after a day in Innsbruck though.

The location was superb, easy access to marketplace and the Swarowski Krystallwelt.

We stayed on a warm day, and the Hotel did not have a Airconditioning. But they provided us with a fan, which helped things a bit.
