Very easy to find as I arrived late. Special service for when you arrive late. Worked perfectly. Very authentic and modern at the same time. Breakfast is simple but good. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms modern and clean.

Everything was very good, friendly staff, clean rooms, magnificent view from sauna roof top. very good restaurant with "Schnitzel". Will come in octobre again.

We had an amazing time! The room is very spacious and clean. The hotel is easy accessible from the highway. They have a sauna, witch is very nice. And a restaurant with good food.The garage is at an extra cost. The parking is free not far from the hotel. The breakfast is good. Almost the same in everyday. For us it was not a problem.

I had a horrific experience at Hotel Munde in Telfs, Austria, and I feel it’s crucial to share my story to protect others from this dreadful hotel.I arrived at 1 AM, only to find that check-in had closed at 10 PM. Despite receiving a message just 20 minutes before closing, I was left outside in -5-degree weather with no way to get into the hotel. The staff claimed they had called me, but I never received any calls. When I asked them to verify my phone, they flatly refused, stating they were “not phone testers.” To add insult to injury, when I requested a refund for the night since I couldn’t use the service I paid for, they told me they could have hold their last room for someone else. The owner even suggested I should have been fine spending the night outside, saying that this kind of cold “wouldn’t kill anybody.” Their complete lack of empathy was astonishing.

They went so far as to claim that the situation was entirely my fault because I didn’t do enough to ensure I responded to their message. This level of blame-shifting is unacceptable and shows a total disregard for their guests' safety and well-being.There was no emergency contact number in the lobby, leaving me with no way to seek help during a dire situation. I felt abandoned, unsafe, and utterly disrespected.I strongly advise against staying at Hotel Munde. They clearly do not value their guests or their safety. Avoid this place at all costs and find a hotel that treats its customers with the respect and care they deserve!

The location in central Telfs is great, easy to have dinner in close by restaurants, several great restaurants in few minute walk. The family rooms are very spacious and sofabeds quite comfy. Easy parking in garage. Late check in was easy to follow.

The family room double bed is in fact two sided singlebeds I always hate if travelling as couple or with family and for me this is huge minus. We had two rooms and one was heated well, our family room was a lot colder. There is no mini fridge in the room. I would expect this in family rooms and in 4star hotel. This is max 3star hotel if even this. Breakfast is ok but choices are very narrow. The communication before arrival was very limited, we needed late chek in and got the instructions an hour before arrival so we were a bit confused do we get acess to our rooms or not. In one sunday there was new waiter in breakfast area whowere quite rude. In general ok stay but not for second time.

Prepaid by Booking.com but tourist tax was not included and had to be paid cash only. It is 2024! Include it or allow card payments!

There was no kettle provided in the room, when I needed a cup of hot beverage to warm me up middle of night. The hotel rate hiked up due to a big event in the city

Good beds, nice room, fresh breakfast, very clean and confortable hotel. The private parking is a plus.

The location was in a central place in Telfs so it was awesome hanging out there around the village. The hotel staff were very nice and they informed me to arrive at the hotel early.

What I suggest you do is let future customers know, that you close reception at 2100. I don't know if you already do this but I didn't see it.

Restaurant in house and the bar are great, location in the middle of Telfs

Only the sound proofing was a bit of a disadvantage due to old building, but the cozy atmosphere easily compensates that.

Lots of storage space for clothes and personal items. Elegant large non-rectangular room well off the streets with a balcony and garden view. Staff spoke English, but tolerated our poor German language skills.

Only the front, small dining room was open for dinner, with the door to the smokers outside wide open. We ate dinner enveloped in the stench of their cigarettes. Loud people outside all night long made sleep difficult. No hot water in the early morning.
