harry's home Telfs hotel & apartments

Super nice hotel, huge room with nice finishing and a very big and comfortable bathroom (superb shower)All staff have been super nice with us.

Park isn't huge and it's 10€ extra per night.

Great location, good amenities, clean and comfortable. Friendly people, what a beautiful town, it is amazing.

Breakfast - I always seem to get empties of sausage, bacon and egg. :(

It is a modern hotel, clean and new. Our room was fairly small but adequate. The bathroom was a good size. Breakfast was very good and parking was convenient.

Nothing really

The hotel located near from the highway which make it easier to go anywhere. The room is spacious and one good thing is the sofa which feels like an extra bed.

The price could be lower

Clean, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. I also took advantage of the on site laundry facilities.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious

The hotel itself was nice, but we were surprised to find that there was only one staff member handling almost everything – from reception and bar service to laundry maintenance, bringing a baby bed to our room, housekeeping tasks, and even fixing the air conditioning. While he was doing his best, it felt understaffed for such a large hotel

Excellent. Kids play area was a very good concept. Free parking available with excellent view from the room.

No refrigerator in room

New facility, roomy, comfortable bed.

Noise from the street, so I couldn't open the window. But the airconditioning was not properly working, it became very warm and stuffy in the room at night.

Practical. Nice. Good service. Would recommend getting a car, location isn’t very convenient but the staff cab help you in getting a taxi.

Nothing!

The hotel is centrally located, just a couple of minutes from the main street of Telfs. Shopping centers, restaurants, etc., are very close by. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. There is a very good train connection with Innsbruck. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-furnished with air conditioning, a TV, and stable Wi-Fi - everything you need for a stay. There is an excellent view of the mountains from the window. The staff is very caring and helpful, and responds immediately to all requests.

the receptionists were friendly and the hotel had a pleasant scent throughout, with clean rooms and a convenient location near a supermarket,

There was no phone in the room to contact reception, and when I went to the front desk during the day, it was unattended. it’s worth noting that the property is about 25 km from Innsbruck, which may be inconvenient for some travelers.

The apartment was really modern and clean, everything was perfect. Very short walking distance from shops and restaurants and free parking was provided.

Location, room, breakfast

Lovely staff and a great location which is handy for several ski resorts like Soelden and St Anton that are within an hrs drive

Very modern, comfortable accommodation with a fantastic shower and comfy beds.

Location in an industrial park outside of Innsbruck, just off the motorway. The kitchenette could have some more stuff in it, e.g. toaster and more cutlery.

Hotel exceeded expectations. Room was bigger and more comfortable than expected. Bathroom was very nice. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

Amazing location and breathtaking views of the mountains. Nice town centre with plenty of restaurant options. Close proximity to great hiking trails and Sightseeing options. Innsbruck is also very close.

The air conditioning was not great and didn't work as expected.

We booked 2 rooms for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. It worked great, especially with the balcony and underground garage. The beds were very comfortable and the room super clean. The hotel is very modern, has vending machines with snacks, beverages and toilettries. The building is situated near the shopping centre and water park/swimming pools. It is short distance drive from the highway. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

One of 2 elevators didn't work and you had to wait quite a while in the morning to get to the garage. There was some computer problem and our room cards was blocked on daily basis so we had to go to the reception during the opening time of the front desk to have it fixed. Otherwise all was great.

Very nice and modern hotel. Parking underground for fee, clean and comfortable room, very good breakfast. Fast wifi. It was very nice stay, thank you.

Beoutifull view, cozy room, not much space, but enough. First time seeing hotel where you can wash your clothes. Perfect parking!

No fridge, mini bar. The floor was not cleaned.
