Vitalhotel Kaiserhof

We spent 8 nights at the Vitalhotel Kaiserhof. The location is great, just a few minutes of drive from the center of Seefeld, quiet area with an amazing view (see photos). The staff is extremely friendly, and was offering to assist us every time we passed through the reception area. The room was very spacious (we booked the 2 bedroom apartment) and nicely equipped. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with very nice variety. Honestly, prior to arrival we have read the reviews which are mostly positive but some are quite negative… trust me, our experience was awesome and all in all great value.

If something should be mentioned, then I would say that the mattresses are relatively soft, although comfortable, the kitchen is nice but some cutlery would be helpful (and I must say that they were provided immediately when we asked for them).

The owner is there to welcome us, help us, and even serve us dinner with the rest of the staff.The room is big, fits 4 people easily and comfortably.Everything is clean, and the location is spot on; a small ski slope and a play area just in front of it, the view from the room, pool, and sauna is superb. Just 5 minutes by car and we found ourselves in seefeld for amazing ski, ice skating, and more activities.The kids loved it and didn't want to leave. We would go back for sure.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vitalhotel Kaiserhof, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was seamless, and I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service.The room was spotless, beautifully designed with an outstanding view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay.One of the highlights of my visit was the hotel's restaurant. The food was exquisite, offering delicious dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring a wide selection of options to suit all tastes.Lastly, the facilities were top-notch. Whether it was the swimming pool, spa, or sauna, everything was well-maintained and added to the overall luxury experience.

We really enjoyed the breakfast - variety of salads, freshly baked bread, fruits and beverages. The staff was always super comforting and smiley. What we liked the most about our room was of course the view! Amazing mountain view and we were lucky to get so much snow during this period - it was just fantastic! We also used the SPA, mainly the sauna and pool - the sauna is also very comfy with a great mountain view. SPA facilities were very good and we liked the privacy we could have there. The dinner was also good - we tried traditional meals, very tasty and nutritious. The host was very very welcoming and helpful, always finding the time to chat with guests and check how's their stay. We were very happy with all the staff, all of them smiley and friendly, recommending us places and telling us a bit more about the area. This is the service that makes a stay even better!

A few things that we would like to recommend looking into for future guests:- SPA facilities: overall could be warmer in the open area, snacks and water to be refilled more often, gentle music on the background could add to the cozy atmosphere- Massage room: to be a bit warmer when guests have booked a massage there

Great location with plenty options for hiking & biking, great views from the room and several options for breakfast.

Restaurant currently closed, bathroom facilities in the room overall could be modernised (shower, hair dryer, constant dripping noises from bathroom heater), no minibar in the room, some dog owners left their dogs alone in the room and we spent the morning hearing loud barking noises.

This beautiful hotel is on the side of the hill with beautiful views. Even when it’s not great weather it’s dramatic. The room was large and comfy. A seperate shower room and loo was different. The spa facilities also make the most of the beautiful views and there is a comprehensive range of facilities. The staff were lovely. The breakfast had a great choice.

There’s no changing facilities in the spa and my room didn’t have a dressing gown but that may have been something you had to ask for and my German wasn’t that good!

Everything was simply perfect. We enjoyed so much than even prolonged our stay in this hotel. Great attitude of the personnel to the guests that you feel that they are really happy to see you there. Amazing place and views. Great spa zone with fantastic panoramic view to the Alpine mountains. Very tasty and variable breakfasts and dinners. Highly recommended

As its little hotel mini fridge would be a good idea. Breakfast was very average and not refilled often enough so towards the end was mostly leftovers

Private location just outside of Seefeld with amazing views and lots of forest paths to enjoy just behind the hotel. We loved sitting on our balcony overlooking the valley and the restaurant terrace is a fabulous environment to enjoy dinner. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, thank you to Kristian for extending such a warm welcome to us. The hotel was easily accessed and we understand that there is a selection of ev chargers available up the road in Seefeld.

Very dog friendly and great rooms and views. We were provided with a number of great recommendations and materials for things to do in the area.

The only positive Thing i can think of was, that the dogs we're absolutely no Problem. And also the view was nice.

We we're given normal double room even if we paid for deluxe. The room was Not clean. There we're stains in the bathroom. ? The half pension was just money thrown in the Wind... We ate rather in a City close by.. There we're also ongoing building Jobs Not eben 20meters from the hotel. Even tho they have written the room is for People with allergies, it wasnt True. The bedding was with feathers... Yeah never again...

Swimming pool and spa zone was perfect. Water temprature and sauna view top of the tops.All clean and nice.Very, very friendly owners and staff.

The hotel is well equipped, room was very spacious and clean. We had a beautiful, mountain view.

The reception is poor. It was not explained to us that we could get a bus pass for free bus trips - we did not select the option on the check-in form because it was not in English and the form was not explained properly. The bed pillows are very uncomfortable. The children's food options are VERY limited. SEEFELD IS NOT A 20 MINUTE WALK as stated on the site, it's more like 45 minutes
