Best Western Plus Hotel Fussen

It was clean and near the city center.

The staff was not friendly or accommodating. I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids and they charged me 45 euros when I got to the hotel for the two kids after I already paid more when I booked. No free parking or breakfast.

The welcome we received! The staff is amazing, spoke very good english. The downtown is just beautiful! The hotel was very tidy and clean. The restaurant in the hotel has the best food, we had dinner, drinks and breakfast! Everyone was just top notch!

Hotel is relatively new and clean.

Parking garage was too small for intermediate size car.

Great Price for a brand new hotel which just opened. The price was great and everything was good as usual. Hotel have free parking lot at the moment. Room large and clean.

Very classy , and clean , rooms were great , I like the fact that the hotel was 4 min walk from the town ( not in the town ) more quiet .

The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel was centrally located, very warm in the winter and clean. The staff was kind and helpful.

The breakfast egg omelette looked like it was made from powder/liquid eggs.

The room had plenty of space for a family of 4. We slept very well in the beds and the breakfast was quite good. We were only passing through for a night and hope to come back and visit longer. It was a great hotel stay.

The rooms were modern and clean. The bed was comfortable, I liked the built-in closet/shelving unit which made the room seem more spacious and easy to keep tidy. There is a small mini bar that I was able to put a few small items in. There was instant coffee and tea bags in the room and a reasonably priced breakfast buffet. The bathroom was spacious. There is an elevator and free underground parking. The rooms have two single beds that are pushed together to make a king sized bed or divided into 2 single beds. There is a chair that can be unfolded into a single bed. They have apples and mint flavored water at the reception desk.

We ate in the restaurant the first night and they were under staffed but the food was good for a hotel.

The breakfast coffee machine churns out substandard cappuccinos-please upgrade your coffee, it makes a big difference in ratings!

The location is a 10 min walk from the center, I think it's not bad as the area is quieter but the view from the room was amazing. We could see the Neuschwanstein castle from our window! The room was clean, you could connect the TV to your phone easily and watch youtube videos directly to the TV. The room had AC as well which was great.

I think the staff wasn't very welcoming when we did the check-in, they continually looked at each other, almost like being confused when we first arrived. That made me feed very unwelcome as I haven't had this experience in the past. They also couldn't find my country in the list somehow.

Excellent hotel. the room was modern, spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was simply superb. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect: just a few minutes walking to the center and the hotel has a convenient parking. highly recommended.
