Hotel Wiedemann

The staff was very friendly and accommodating with our daughter.

The hotel had an elevator, but you had to go up 8-10 stairs to get to it. It made getting into the hotel with toddler, stroller, and a large suitcase difficult.

The views! We stayed in December and had the opportunity to enjoy a lovely snowy stay! Room was good, enough parking, good location!

Internet was not working

I received a single room. Overall it was good and cozy. with sofa, window in the room and another one in the toilet. Breakfast was delicious. Fried cryspy becon was tasty. Dinner was served in the hotel I enjoyed it too. Cream soup, white wine were nice. The location was green, close to city center, train station, waterfall. the ladscape from the breackfast room was the snowcovered heights of the mountains and a lot of greenery.

I received a room without balcony and kettle. Not cleaned enough. My tovel was visually not fresh but it was not changed becouse it was not on the floor...

Loved the location away from city center, available parking, and cleanliness of the property.

I wish the pillows were a little more substantial, they were essentially flat.

The view from our balcony was stunning! I have included photographs. One of the evening view, one of the morning view.

We were not fully informed of the hotel facilities. Therefore, we ventured out to find a restaurant, not realising until the following morning that there was a restaurant and bar within the hotel!

no fridge or kettle

First of all, I would like to thank all the staff for making our stay so awesome. Ladies at the reception and even the restaurant staff were super nice and helpful, and we felt very welcome.The hotel is in a quiet location and has its own parking place just next to the building.Our room was spacious and clean, and having a balcony was great too (also big). Bathroom looked recently renovated, with spacious shower enclosure and lots of storage for all the cosmetics one brings with. Plus big mirror and very good lightning of both the bathroom and the room.Breakfast was exceptional with lots to choose from. We only stayed for two nights and went to the hotel restaurant only once for dinner, but even based on this one experience I can say the food is great.

The additional sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Location was perfect. Property was clean, staff friendly and breakfast good with lots of choice.

Booked a family room and it was on top floor in an attic style room. It was uncomfortably hot for the summer with no air conditioning or even a fan. We all struggled to sleep it was far too hot and uncomfortable.

Room spotless , staff kind, plenty of space

spa doesn’t work on weekends which was disappointing , check if you have booked with breakfast. Expensive for what it offered …

Decent and cozy hotel, situated in a quiet neighborhood. Facility are new, clean and well maintained.

The hot water was out when I was taking the shower in the evening. No staff could be reached in the evening at the front desk, and nobody answered the phone call. I had to bath in cold water when the weather was around 13 degree Celsius. Breakfast is good but the short haired lady (hotel staff) is a bit of cold faced and very rude.
