Location. Comfortable beds. Easy check in.

We were there in August and the room was so stuffy. It would benefit hugely from an electric fan.

The office for this hostel closes at 18:00. I arrived at 20:00 to an empty office with a locked door. The office has a phone number to call for after hours check in, however, as an international traveler using an esim, I was unable to call the number, and unable to check in. The office door did have after hours check in instructions for a list of travelers, but my name was not on the list.I'm not ordinarily one to leave reviews, but this was a very bad experience. I had arrived by bicycle and came very close to either having to sleep in the lobby or outside. I was fortunately able to book the last available bed in a nearby hostel, but otherwise the other last minute options were either prohibitively expensive or far away. I have also not been able to receive a refund.

Easy check-in and great location to the train station.

both shower heads were broken on either side in the shared facilities, and had to be held the entire time, or just left to dangle.

Spacious, clean room, close to castles. Host allowed me to park at the back of the building.

Checkin instructions not clear. The instruction was a paper on the wall at the third floor. No reception, no direction msg before check in and I had to call the host. The host was helpful but communication was difficult. If the host could send checkin instructions via booking even in German, all these confusions could have been avoided.

Property was affordable and right next to the city center. The self-check-in process was very easy.

Minimal facilities, and thin walls which didn’t block any sounds from our loud neighbors.

The room is spacious like the photo.

We understand it is a shared bathroom, but only 1 bathroom for 4 rooms? This room is located at the 3rd floor and it is not mention in the listing. We had a difficult time to move our luggage with the stairs. The listing suggests it is suitable for multiple people stay, but you would get a bed like the photo, not clean and broken bed frame.

Great location and a nice big room. It was quiet when we were there, so not sure if the shared bathrooms would be crowded in peak season. Very pleasant stay for us though and great value. Would stay again for sure.

Check-out time at 0900 hrs (check in at 1500hrs). I don't get it. Seems very unfair to me since I couldn't sleep well because I needed to wake up so early to set myself up for leaving. At least they could have staff for luggage storage. In addition, the electrical outlets were few and 2 of them far from tables or beds. The other one was used by the lamp.

The room was comfortable, good location

Because you share the bathroom, it is a little noisy with people going back and forth!

Nice location. 5 minutes walk from altstadt.

1 toilet per 20 people. We had to wait very long to get to the washroom. On the top Check Out is little early (9:00 AM), which made it more stressful. The floor in the room were squeaky. It was not possible to walk, without creating noise, especially at night and waking everybody up. Traffic noise from street at night as well.

They offer free parking in front of the entrance. However its first come first serve. Location is good.

There is only 1 toilet + bath for 3 rooms together and its always busy. No shower gel or handwash provided. The toilets stink. No person were there in person during the check in. The rooms did not have enough charging points. No fan is provided during summers. Very pricey for the facilities offered. Not a good value for money

Great location, big room, everything was very clean.

Shower seeemed to be broken, had to use shower wand that rested on the floor of the shower. Never saw any staff, though they did respond to our e-mails.

Location is great.

The beds were not very comfortable and mine squeaked whenever I rolled over.

It was cheap

but it was also dirty, no staff at all, room was on ground floor with no AC so we had to open the window and people on the street could have reached in and touched us. The bathroom floor was soaking wet at all times. We had to share a bathroom which I know can be common in a hostel but thought we booked a private bathroom. Would never stay here again. It was still so hot in the room we could barely sleep

There were no cups on the room despite kettle and tea being available, but I asked for one in the reception and I got it. So everything was good.

-location is good-the minimal needs for 1-2 nights stand is covered-check in and checkout was really easy

-the doors are feels like made from cardboard and had a big holes under it: whenever somebody walks near we heard it as if no door at all-the bathroom sanitation was up to a question
