The view of the beautiful, peaceful lake & mountains was amazing. The room had a small frig which was a perk. The free breakfast was the Best German style breakfast with a large variety of items to choose from. The property had their own free parking. The room had good TV reception with a large flatscreen. Maria at the front desk was so sweet, kind & informative!

Couldn’t give me the room I booked ! To many people ?Overcrowded but I confirmed my reservation days ago to make sure I have my room. I had no choice to accept a small room (number 12)Lake view -> Window with road view, no viewKing size bed transformed in a very small bed for one and an Additional one for my wife … 2 m away … impossible to put together Room with 80% humidity

The location of the property was exceptional .It was by the lakeside with a view of the mountains.Waking up to such a scenery is one of the best experiences .The staff was very good .Right from the time of the booking .They called us after the booking to check about the priority of rooms and gave us a room with a terrace.After arrival they briefed us about the possible activities around the lake which was also plenty .One can take a long or short walk around lake Weissensee on the morning which has a 6 km round track .The property has free parking too .We had booked rooms with breakfast .The breakfast was very good specially the home made pastries .Would definitely recommend anyone .

It was spacious and the view to the lake was beautiful.

The decor was very minimal. There were only wooden walls. No pictures or anything that would make it feel a little homey.

We were so right to book at this nice hotel. Our rooms faced the lake, the scenic was marvelous and ample space at terrace for pleasure. The staffs, every single one contains of service mind. Give 5 stars for this hotel.

Lovely hotel apartment, with easy parking and great breakfast. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Apartment had a noisy sliding door between sleeping areas so couldn't use them sensibly as separate bedrooms.

- The breakfast spread was simply superb, offering a wide variety including fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, pastries, bread, eggs, and more. Despite the tempting choices, it was easy to opt for healthier options thanks to the diverse selection that also caters excellently to alternative diets like vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free. The breakfast attendant, lovely lady who was dressed in dirndl every day, was outstanding, managing the buffet (on her own!) with a perpetual smile and readily accommodating any requests.- The hotel staff went above and beyond by providing me for example with a rain poncho and assisting me in finding a bike rental, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and minimalist (see picture attached), which suited my preference. Plus, I had a delightful balcony.- Though the shower was quite basic, featuring sliding plastic doors rather than a walk-in design, there was plenty of hot water and a necessary good flow.- Situated by the lake, the hotel offered convenient access for a quick swim. However, it's worth noting that its proximity to a busy road means some street noise can be heard.

- It can be quite noisy at times. Additionally, the walls of the room were not very soundproof, and hallway noises were easily heard inside.- The room itself was very basic, particularly the bathroom, which could benefit from modernization, including a walk-in shower and a new toilet with a less-touchy push-button. - Despite providing my expected arrival time, my room wasn't ready upon arrival during the prescribed check-in hours due to an in-room issue that needed fixing. While such problems can occur, a complimentary upgrade would have been appreciated, especially since I stayed for over a week.- The hotel lacks any facilities such as a pool or sauna, making it very basic. Given the price I paid, I’m not sure if it was justified, especially compared to what other tourists mentioned paying for their accommodations during that same period.- A small detail, but worth mentioning: we received a daily tiny disposable bottle of soap/shampoo (a single bottle for both purposes) and a small soap bar, which the cleaning team replaced daily. This was unnecessary, as I would have used it until finished. For sustainability reasons, it would be better to provide larger refillable bottles in the shower and at the sink instead of these disposable small ones.

Great location with amazing view on the lake and mountains. They serve great breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

Wonderful views, spotless clean rooms and hotel, no smells, and fully funcional spacious rooms, very good matrasses, nicely decorated with local images, wooden style with inbuilt kitchen, allowing for own cooked supper, if desired, great variety of breakfast options, lake is great, beautiful surtounding mountains, quiet, free parking. Management is very friendly, knowledgeable conce4ning local attractions and uncomplicated, room games available at reception. Near Austria and Royal Bavarian castles. Free parking.

Village pub closing kitchen at 20.00, no fault of hotel though. There was a tourism tax of local region to pay on top of fees, there was no ability to serve from reception fridge with drinks and foods after closure of reception at 18.00.

Hotel is at a great location right nearby Weisensee lake. The view of the lake and the mountains from our room was fantastic. I owe a special thank to the owners of the hotel to dear Maria and Michael for reserving this very nice room for us upon my special request. Very kind and helpful hosts. The room opens to a very nice terrace shared by 3 rooms. The warm atmosphere and the decoration of the room gives you a feeling that you are in a chalet. Breakfast was very good. Car park was free of charge.

Generally in that area, internet connection is very weak. Maybe, because of mountains. Wifi could be better.

Absolutely nothing!

The location is great where the mountains meet to the perfectly colored lake. Also it is very dark and silent at night, perfect if your desire is to escape urban noise and light pollution

It is difficult to reach without a car, And if you wanna be in the heart of the city, not your best place

We could not see the lake well from our room. Also, it was warm and there is no air conditioning.

This is the classics Austrian/ Swiss/German alpine guest house. Decor well reflects this style. All the facilities you need were here.a The breakfast is fabulous.

This is not a modern hotel, but certainly comfortable. The twin beds can be a deterrent.

1. restaurant they should have better and more options for breakfast they should serve dinner as the place is not close to city 2. travel and accessibilityThere should be more ways to reach this hotel after evening as bus transportation stops by afternoon or evening. If you are lucky you may find a Taxi from Füssen bahnhof till about 7-8 pm Every day the Bus timetable is different which is inconvenient esp for tourists
