some staff could be nicer, probably just the culture and language barrier. Room was very small.

Location and it was clean staff were really nice too. We had paid for breakfast and it ended at 10 we got there at 10:10am and they still let us eat breakfast super nice of them to do that .I would stay there again in future visits.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and toasty warm!

This hotel was in a 250 year old building on a walking street, in the heart of the small quaint town of Fussen, Bavaria .The hotel was decorated in very elegant ,period style. Staff were fabulous, breakfast great , resturaunt ,great local traditional food

No elevator (lift )

The location is in the middle of town and is charming. The room was clean and comfortable. Looks like they were recently upgraded. Breakfast buffet was great for the price, I would pay for it again.

The lobby manager in the morning was kind of rude to us and as we were getting out of the room by 11 showed up at 11 and said we were late getting out (As I was carrying stuff down 3 flights of stairs, no elevator). Seems obvious we were trying out best.

Location was perfect! Great accommodations. Rented a car and got free parking at the hotel (September).

Restaurant had great food, but slow to bring us our bill - typical Europian service (45 min).

Location is great. Right in old Fussen with parking. Rooms are large and remodeled. Restaurant was nice for breakfast with a street table option, as well. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

The overall stay, staff and experience was very good.

I would recommend avoiding the hotel restaurant and seek out of restaurants in town.

Great location at the center of old Town Fussen. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby along the cobblestone street. The area is charming and beautiful.The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Daily housekeeping was appreciated.

There is no air conditioning for this hotel so summers will be hot. The hotel does provide a fan which helped.The biggest disappointment was how noisy it was outside which made it almost impossible to sleep. Our room faced the inner court and there was loud talking throughout the night. We closed the windows but that didn't help much, and made the room much hotter.Lastly, note there is no elevator so be prepared to take your luggage yourself up the stairs.

Way too hot and no AC. Also we were on the 4th floor (so extra hot) and there is no elevator.

Perfect location right in the heart of the city center. View of the castle from our room was an added bonus! Parking in the lot behind the hotel was easy and convenient.

We had balcony with a view of a castle. We had the softest bed of all Europe, big plush pillows!

Had to carry our luggage upstairs to our room. This is a minor I can’t really any other faults

This is a super cute hotel right in the middle of the town. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Once we found the parking, that was also super easy and convenient! There is a parking lot behind the restaurant part of the hotel and the reception desk was right there. When we arrived, the lot was full but they do have a few extra spots in a garage directly next to where you turn in that were still available.

Not a complaint but just be aware that there was no elevator (that we saw at least).

Our famiy room was very spacious. The hotel is main central. There is a good breakfast, value for money.

There are many stairs. Also, there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom (probably pipes).

Good breakfast, wide variety of items including eggs and espresso.

It was great, no problems.
