The location and the view from this hotel are amazing. When you add to that a superb staff - this is a home run!!

Exceptional view! Comfortable room! Very good breakfast

The breakfast was nice.

There was not always space to park the car and then you had to park the car on a public parking place, which cost a little.I missed a nearby charging station for a plug in hybrid car (Type c connector)

Bathroom can be modernised to include standing shower. Pillows too soft.

Views were awesome , breakfast was ok.

Rooms offered were pitched roof, I hit my head twice. if I knew its gonna be low pitched ceiling would have not paid so much money. It was claustrophobic to stay in such low pitched ceiling . Photos showed while booking were proper rooms. if they giving such room they should be open about it and inform customer. parking is limited if you dont get it you have to park outside which is chargeable during day time.

Nice location, room was spacious and breakfast buffet was good.

No accessible entrance to get your luggage. Have to use the stairs.

The sofa bed is pretty hard.

The sauna facility is very nice! I enjoyed the sauna, steam room and lounge chairs.

An English language menu would have made our dinners there much easier.

The location is just beautiful. Having the balcony overlooking the lake was the best part! The breakfast is very good.

The parking was really tough, there are very few spots in a small lot and the street parking fills up quick on a nice day. The rooms are very dated. We were on the top floor and the furniture and rug looked very old. We knew that the room would be warm without AC but read other reviews that the breeze cools the room down- we did not find that to be true. The room was very stuffy, even with the windows/door open. There are no screens on any windows so when they are open at night- you get a lot of bugs and a lot street noise. Some staff were friendly, some were not.

This hotel is on the main drag in Füssen, running alongside the lake and overlooking it. We had one of the lodge rooms, with a great lake view. The room was huge, with a large double bed, large sofa/settee and comfy armchair. It was perfect for sharing with two large dogs. They do a very good breakfast, and dinner. They turned round some clothes washing for me in four hours, which is fast by hotel standards. The staff are extraordinarily friendly, and they all make a huge effort with English.

The parking is good but a bit complicated and a bit chaotic. We didn't know about the free parking pass until the day before we left. It would be better to give out a parking leaflet to arriving guests, explaining how it all works, and explaining about the free parking pass.

Cleaning supplies were in the room on our arrival and bathroom was not totally clean.

Nice big rooms and great to have a little fridge.Super to have live music some nights. (Finished at an early time so didn’t disturb those who don’t like music).

The pillows weren’t great. It would have been nice to have tea making facility in the room.Breakfast was basic but fine.

Location was perfect! ? Peaceful and uninterrupted view of the lake and Alps! Just a short drive to the castles in Füssen (10min max). ?We were happy to stay here where it was more peaceful , compared to beautiful, but busy Fuessen. Plenty of choices for restaurants, cafes ?The south facing rooms (the “logias “) which face the lake are highly recommended! ?Breakfast was wonderful, with tables overlooking the lake and alps. Perfect! ?Great service! Friendly and helpful staff!?Sauna ?Parking ?Walk/hike/stroll/cycle - any level ?We will go back if we’re in that area again ?

This is a beautiful place ! The location is breathtaking with mountain view and it’s only 5’ walk to the cute little center. It is an older property but it was clean which matters the most to us! The mini bar was for free with some tasty beer, sodas, apple juice and water !Breakfast was amazing !! Also I have to mention that hotel staff was super kind, helpful and friendly !! From the moment of check in you feel welcomed! We loved it so much we would definitely chose it again if we are lucky enough to come back to Garmisch!

Rooms on the front are noisy. A bit expensive

Both dinner and breakfast in the attached resturant were delicious. The property itself is easy to find on the main road, but it was still quiet. It was so lovely to wake up and walk the path around the lake in the still of morning.

Clean and comfortable room with my own balcony and a great view of the lake and mountains, very spacious room with table, chair and TV and a wardrobe. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. Breakfast in the mornings was plentiful, hot and cold food, scrambled eggs, bacon, selection of breads and selection of meats, cheeses, yoghurts and fruit, fresh coffee served at your table. Restaurant had a good selection of traditional dishes, good service and all with a lake and mountain view. Parking for motorcycle and cars, motorcycle parked under cover.

Nice Hotel, friendly staff. Parking in front of Hotel beside the street, low costs. Nice vieuw from restaurant a a lake. good food in the traditional german restaurant. Rooms are clean and okay, good bed.
