Beautiful building and view!

Please check for black mold on ceiling of bathroom,can't remember room number but we faced the castle.

The Gardens were Beautiful! The hotel was all character. We did not meet any employees and our stay was seamless.

Very nice hotel within easy walking distance from the train station and town center as well as the bus pick up to the castles. Room was clean and comfortable and a good value. Would definitely stay there again.

Where do I start? When I discovered that I made a mistake on the arrival date, the front desk staff helped me to locate a nearby hotel. We were provided with a card that allowed us to us the public transportation for free. Free clothes washing.

It was convenient.

Location was great! The rooms were very clean, trendy and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Great communication prior to arrival and gave us a wealth of information on the surrounding area in our confirmation email.

The only thing is they do not serve breakfast; however offer some appliances downstairs to use for food and a coffee maker that is coin operated. However, the recommended delicious bakeries and restaurants close that we really enjoyed as part of our experience so grateful we took advantage of those!

Our rate didn't include breakfast, but it was only a short walk to the picturesque old town of Füssen with cafes - parking was good, and the room was spacious, with nice views

During midnight, heating was saved. For us, due to late check in , so room could not enough warm.

Everything was near to the hotel and very clean!

It was just a bit too cold in the bathroom but nothing else to say.

Cheap

No reception. Entry card via a computer. Shower was cold, was hard to reach the staff. Problem was fixed after 3 hrw

Self check in and had some issues luckily there was staff nearby there is no reception staff.

I love that check in was easy even outside check in hours and staff was very helpful and easy to contact. And also it's a walking distance to every restaurant, grocery and transport available.

Location is fantastic and it’s only about 5 minutes away from the train station, the room was comfortable warm and clean. Staff member was super helpful when I had some questions about the local area.

Checkin process was a bit awkward where you basically had to do self check-in in front of a staff member.Internet was not working.

Check in and check out system should be improved to avoid time consumption. The hotel could at least have free coffee. If you don't have coins you cannot have a coffee so it's better to keep this in mind.The lack of respect of other guests in the evening regarding noise (speaking loudly, banging doors, stumping feet) which of course, nothing to do with the hotel.

Clean, comfortable and close to town. Enjoyed the English speaking channels available on the tv, spacey shower and large balcony.

Good location, authentic building, great bathroom. Nice room with plenty of space for family of 5. We bought breakfast from a local bakery and enjoyed it in the breakfast room. Our room had a lovely view on the old city. Plenty of parking at the property. Only short drive to explore the local castles (Neuschwanstein)

Auto Check in turned out to be challenging, but helpful staff came promptly to do a manual check in.
