The hotel is large, new, very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. Any service requests are met quickly.

The hot water was delayed during water usage, especially in cold weather.

Corridors lightening is so dark and looks in a way like a ghost castle, the decoration floor and colors needs to be change to looks like good hotels, the Iron in the room in non steam iron, we ask for change reception wasn't helpful, parking is not free.

Value your staff. They are amazing people.

Slow internet, breakfast needs improvement. Put pastry up, kids are touching everything unsupervised and eggs needs to be without water in.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The location was great and the building felt secure. Staff were generally helpful.

The apartment was spacious, decently furnished with amenities. The view is splendid. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are not clean. There is dust everywhere. Then the breakfast is very limited and with a very limited spread. So, if the guests are more, the breakfast will end. And the lady hosting the breakfast isn’t very friendly. No drying rack to dry your laundry.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Bosmal Arjaan by Rotana! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the futuristic design and top-notch facilities. The hotel is modern, spotless, and truly feels like it’s ahead of its time. The staff were incredibly respectful, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Everything about the place – from the rooms to the location – exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sarajevo. I will definitely come back!

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a modern design.Good location. Sarajevo city center and the main attractions are only a few kilometres away.

Cleaning in the room could use more attention. On the second day of our stay, the towels were replaced and trash was removed, but no or very poor cleaning was performed.

Thanks to Mirza and Nain for the support. I would also to thank the reception staff .Happy with accommodation, facilities and accommodation. There is 24 bakery ,and pizza shops and big supermarket nearby 5 mins walk.

Good location, parking lot, excellent staff and not pricy restaurant/caffe bar. Rooms are really big, entire apartment with two bedrooms and everything you need is there.

The apartment was lovely.

The entrance to the reception is not well sign posted. We arrived at the back of the building, near the parking entrance, and there was no one to ask, nor was it clear that you could reach the reception via the garage. I suggest making this clear in the booking confirmation. A lot of people know the Bosmal residential building and that entrance is easier to find. I was lucky that one resident let me in and helped me find the reception - I wouldn't have been able to do it myself.

A/c didn’t work. They offered to move me to a different room but I chose to stay b/c I didn’t want to move all my stuff.

Nice and helpful staff. Very good hotel to stay for family members. Can’t wait to meet those cute staff again when I travel to Sarajevo again.

location is excellent, so is the space in the apartment. Equipment in the kitchen is great. Internet worked perfectly and the speed is quite good. the beds are comfy, so is the bathroom with shampoos and shower gels provided by the hotel.

If you come with the car than the entrance to the hotel garage is quite tricky. Signalisation could be much better. Breakfast is quite good, but sweet items (sugars) are almost inexistible.
