Hotel Austria & Bosna

The location

They changed me about 45€ more than I have gotten in booking. The hotel explained that the exchange rate was the reason of the defrent and I understand.

Breakfast was not good and it can not even compare to 3 stars hotel

Hotel is very old, not clean and not being maintain and can not be rated at 5 star

Location. Parking.

No luggage service. No Landry service. Limited resources such as tissue and Pillows.

Big rooms clean and new

The toilet sink modle keeps dirt stuck which is not nice and easy to clean

Location is nice within a garden

Ac wasn’t working Breakfast could be better

Osoblje na recepciji ljubazno, hotel cist i dorucak raznovrstan ??

smart room good location for airport.

breakfast very poor considering the star of hotel. stale and looked left out. limited available staff. shower in room was odd just a bath with shower attachment... outdated and bit good for someone with accessibility issues

Nice, peaceful location close to nature. Beautiful garden. Decent breakfast and friendly staff.

The room was not spotless. There was human hair on the bathroom floor and the tiles were a bit mouldy and broken in some places

The location,historic place

the restaurant has signs ?but you can smell cigarette from the waiters inside and when you try to sit outside you will be annoyed by gybsies . They need professional team to run the place

Safe basement parking, modern hotel.

Very fare from city center , no activities, bad breakfast…. My view was the roof of other building !

Location and internet

Ditry noisey too much falimles and childrens in breakfast only one person serve and very slow

EAsy access, location in the park, value for money

5* hotel should have more offer for breakfast

Quite , good location and good park

Housekeeping is bad ,, bad room cleaning

I liked the position of the hotel, in the park, room is very nice and big as well as the bathroom, the bed is comfy, the pool is small but very nice, the saunas are also very good. The people, stuff at the reception and in the restaurant are polite, talkative and willing to help

Unfortunately there was not buffet breakfast and we were looking forward that and expecting that.

Prelijep hotel smjesten u prelijepom ambijentu prirode sa divnom uslugom uposlenih

great Staff - space - good pool

bathroom plumbing - requested new shower head ;

I paid at the facility, and they charged my credit card later after one day of checking out

Bad

Staff , was very rude, breakfast serving staff smoked in Resturant. And when I asked for Fresh Organe Juice, she mixed the jucie with water and then serve it me. Upon complain , she denied, but we can taste that it has been mixed with water. We returned the Jucie, she did it again with out mixing it. She was very rude to us. There was no front office manager on site, and we complain to a senior staff member at reception. In room there is was door opening toward tarace, but it didn't have any blinds or curtains, hence the light comes in through out the night and early morning, so it can not be complete dark for sleeping purpose.

Location

Room services and some facilities

I only saw 4 receptionists, but they are nice, the only good thing about the hotel

There are not enough staff for the service, there is no cleaning service, when requesting some services, such as iron, water and tissues are not available except upon request
