Pros +
- It was spacious, quiet, and conveniently located.
- Good location, really clean and great workers. And it was close to the tram.
- Good value hotel, very friendly and helpful staff (reception lady + lady in the kitchen who cooked us Bosnian coffee). Location is perfect - few minutes walk away from Baščaršija. As a sum up I would say: "može može, sve ok"!
Cons -
- The shower was terrible. Barely any water pressure and the lighting in the bathroom was lacking.
- Everything was great.
- The room is a bit small, small shower, wifi should be much better (I needed it for work). Limited street parking (not OK for our van).

Friendly staff and good breakfast
The room clearly needs renovation
The air con was great and the bed was the comfiest soft bed we've ever had in a hotel. The coffee and breakfast were good and all staff friendly. The location is fantastic, very close to everything.
The room isn't perfectly polished (eg holes in wall etc) but this didn't bother us as it was clean and comfy. They can't register you as a tourist even though they're a hotel, and so you have to get a taxi to somewhere near the airport to do this (or do it en route). We should have checked this before with them.
Staff! Great people! Great location..
Parking is challenging, rooms are small and old.
The location of the hotel is very good, the staff is very helpful and the breakfast was quite adequate
The location is within walking distance to all major attractions.
This 3-story facility has no elevator. The staff did help carry our luggage to our room upon check-in but climbing up and walking down the stairs can be a challenge for seniors. The beds are on the soft side. The shower in the room fell off and, in the second room we were moved into, the shower room sink is so slow that water flows onto the floor before you can finish your shower.
This very clean well located hotel has very good breakfasts and a staff team who couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.
Location and staff was friendly & made some good restaurant recommendations
The hotel was very small and the room was terrible. It was not clean, it was cold, mould in the bathroom, marks/staines on the wall, the bathroom had an unpleasant drainage smell. There were a couple of small flies in the room. The complimentary toiletries weren’t great either. It was also very noisy outside the room. The room was tired looking. We ended up staying for one night and then checked out and booked another hotel for the rest of our stay in Sarajevo because the hotel was that bad!
The location was ideal & the man on the reception desk was exceptionally helpful and kind.
Room 102, a double room, had 2 single beds pushed together and one single duvet. The bed sheets were marked. The walls were marked and stained. The room was cold and the radiators didn’t work when turned on. There were stains on the bathroom ceiling. The shower cubicle had black mould, as did the hand basin worktop seams. The toilet brush holder was rusty. There were holes in the walls and the ceiling from poor maintenance repairs. The skirting board was off in several areas. I slept in my clothes, booked a room elsewhere and checked out the following morning.
I really liked the location and what really surprised me was the kindness of the reception staff, always willing to help you. That was fantastic! The hotel has a restaurant with excellent cuisine.A 5-minute walk takes you to the main street. A safe place, even at night. The breakfast is simple but meets the needs. When I return I will stay with them again. Thank you to the receptionists, you made a difference.
There was a problem with a leak in the bathroom, but I believe it has now been resolved.
The location is just perfect. it is almost in the center. near to the old town and the new town. everything is walking distance. The breakfast also really nice cannot complaint and the staffs are wonderful really helpful and understand very well english.
the room need a bit of improvement. most of the cladding on the floor is fell off already and the base of the shower is broke already. if you are quite big person i think it will collapse soon. and no elevator on the building.
LocationFriendly staffNice breakfast, local products
The size of the room, very tinyLack of shelves, cabinets where you can put your baggage, stuff, shoes, cosmetics in the bathroomLack of small shower gelsI wish it was 24/7 reception as we had a problem to get in once. The key was not working.
Shout out to Abdullah for the best reception! The staff was great all of them! The rooms were 7.5/10 , the room is small, one of the beds was not comfortable, the bathroom leaks, and there is no elevator BUT the great staff and the great location made up to this and the total score we agreed on is 9. Would recommend .
Great location with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfy.Breakfast was the same each day but lots of it and all freshly made so you could try lots of local foods.
Nothing personally but there’s no lift which might be tricky for some guests.
Absolutely loved this little hotel. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the city but in a quiet side-street. The room was great, with a decent bathroom and the provision of a kettle with tea/coffee facilities was much appreciated. Breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold food, you should definitely try the Bosnian coffee (perhaps only once). The thing that really makes this place stand out was the staff, Every one of them were absolutely focused on providing the best possible customer service. On one day we came back to the hotel for a brief pit-stop about 11am and found that the lady who runs around organising breakfast was also cleaning our room. This lady needs to be cloned so that every hotel in the world can have staff like her. A very smartly-dressed man who works on reception in the afternoon/evening organised us onto a tour around Herzegovina where we were picked up from the hotel, well worth doing and price very cheap compared to what you would pay for similar in other countries. All staff spoke English.
Breakfast was good for a budget hotel. Location is good, next to old town centre.
No elevator so difficulties for people with mobility problems. There was a temporary problem with access to hot water, especially when there was a full bath in the room, quite rare option in Sarajevo..
The front desk staff was always wonderfully friendly - really helpful, very charming. Beds were comfortable, clean and simple. And the breakfast was very nice.
Breakfast started at 8, which is a little late for me. And there was very little sound insulation in the walls.
The staff, Adisa deserves a salary raise! She was quickly responsive to all my queries prior check in. I arranged a pick up from the bus station through her, and surprisingly, she was waiting outside the facade of the hotel to welcome us at past 9PM. She even helped me carry my over 20kg luggage up the stairs despite I begged off. Adisa also granted my request to prepare packed breakfast or takeaway breakfast as our tour the next day starts at 8AM.
The stairs and having no lift and we were assigned at 3rd floor. I have hypertension and luckily I brought my meds. The room is in dire need of maintenance and to be updated.
