A nice big room, great breakfast and attentive staff.

This hotel is located on a very steep hill. I thought I would be able to walk to and from the city center but that was a great challenge. I had to use a taxi to return to the hotel each day.

Great value!This was our second stay at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, cozy and clean, with beds that provided a great night's sleep. A huge shout-out to the staff - they were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. From the front desk, kitchen, to the cleaning ladies - not a single bad word for them. The breakfast was decent and had enough variety that even the kids never left hungry. If you’re working remotely, the Wi-Fi speed is excellent. (Note: We didn’t turn on the TV, so I can’t comment on the channels).The shopping centre of Sarajevo is in a walking distance, and the area is safe at night, the tram and bus stops are quite near.A quick tip: The road to the hotel can be a bit tricky in winter. We did arrive during freezing rain and didn't have any issues, but it's something to be aware of if you aren't used to winter driving!

The A/C was very bad , we had 5 night on an apartment with hot A/C Not everything in the apartment was clean

Nice place and location.

To warm at night. We slept by open windows. At -1 outside.

The apartment was large, had a kitchen, two tolielts (one separate, one in the bathroom). It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet-type, with a lot of choices. Garage was available on the ground floor.

The walls were a bit thin, the wi-fi was sometimes sluggish, TV in the living room didn’t work (but the one in the bedroom did).

Great location, quiet and away from city up on the hill with great views. Very clean and modern, Staff is very friendly and professional.Breakfast is very good, many choices to choose from.

Terrible experince

Terrible hosting, late or no reply to customer requests. I especially stated the number of beds required and made my payment based on that request they did not provide that.

Bad experience to stay!

Bad service, impolite and dishonest staff.Cannot provide apartment which we booked with balcony on upper floor. They said all rooms are full. We make a reservation 3 months ago and also informed them in that morning our estimated arrival time. What a poor arrangement of this hotel!!The staff are impolite and gave us a ground floor room without view and only saw a wall in front of our windows!! We just like to stay in a cave. Besides, I checked on booking.com and found still have room on that night which price is 30% less than our paid. Why the staff told us rooms are full and that is the only room can provide for us. The staff asked us to pay extra money immediately and provide an apartment on the upper floor for us!!! What an unreasonable answer.The room is not clean with dust on the floor and also in the bathroom. The drain is very bad and the water flooded into the room after shower.I haven’t stayed in such a bad service hotel before. Not recommended☹️

Not visiting again!

The air conditioning in the room is not working proprely, the service falls below the expected standard for a hotel of this rank, the premises are unclean with an unpleasant odor, the elevator is smelly, the staff are screaming; they need profressional dvelopment courses with regard to dealing with guests, and essential amenities like water and napkins were not provided.

Convenience of location

Stayed for 3 days and door to the balcony couldn’t get open. Reported to service desk twice and they advised me that it will be fixed and it didn’t happened. Soap dispenser wasn’t working and again I reported twice and it wasn’t fixed during my stay.

facility and rooms looks much better in photos that reality, no dental kit, and the road to the hotel is steep, a bit confusing and has no light at night

- big and quiet apartment, with nice bathroom- fully equipped kitchen

- in the apartment was burned hole in the sofa- broken iron board in living room (we did not need it, but it was left in the living room, so maybe if they put in in the cabinet we will never realize)- apartment was on the ground floor

Apartment was huge and with many facilities in case you stay for several days. Breakfast was very nice with nothing missing from it. Location is also good, with only a 15 minute walk next to the river to reach the start of the city center. There is also an underground parking that locks during the night, which we were very happy to have free of charge
