Look and feel

Breakfast was yummy, really liked it. The location was convenient and room was really nice, big and comfitable. Clean with and nice bathroom. The staff were also really lovely and helpful. We would stay again.

Clean, tidy, neat and well managed family property with tight controls. It offers also a lift access besides wide and easy stairsThey allow you to leave your luggage after checkout in case you still have time left for your flight after check out. Nice little buffet style healthy breakfast

While for some it might be nice location as its a bit on top from the old city centre, but its really on a steep slope and very inconvenient for people with children, strollers, wheelchairs and to be honest for some walkers too, so easy to get you tired 600-700 meters steep hill walk. Thats the only discouraging point and major point - Location. Inside the room consumables/ amenities are bit sub standard and tightly controlled, like toilet papers very cheap quality for a hotel.

Great staff and the driver who picked us up from the airport was really friendly, the hotel is in a great location and not too far from the Old city we as a family really enjoyed our stay and will look to book again!

Very atmospheric hotel, located almost in the center of the old town. Good and varied breakfast.The hotel has a unique history, and the room numbering is creatively connected to it.

The heater wasn’t working, so it was rather cold in the room — especially since it was on the attic floor.The room facilities could use some improvement, but nothing too serious.Parking is on the public street. We were lucky to find a space, but I assume it could be quite difficult during the high season.

Spacious and well lit room. Cute style.Comfortable bed, pillows that are not too thick or hard.

Small and not very practical bathroom.They don’t provide tissues.Room next to the road, can be a bit noisy.Going back to the hotel is a bit of a workout (steep road)

The walk from town to the hotel

Nice bright clean room. Lovely breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Good airport shuttle service. Free sauna (not used).

Although the property stated it had air conditioning it was not turned on (26 degree sunny outside). The temperature was manageable but opening the window was problematic for us as there were tables outside at ground level and noise from guests and cigarette smoke from the people outside would come through the window.

It is located at walking distance to market square and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and staff friendly and helpful

Wonderful staff! Nice lodgings, great location and value.

The property was close to old town which was good as there is a variety of restaurants around and also close to all the sites around old town. Parking is easy outside the hotel. Hotel was kept clean and the lobby smelt very fresh always.

Breakfast was very limited. For little children or elderly may be a bit difficult as there is an incline to the hotel.

I loved my stay at Aziza Hotel ! The location was ideal—just a short (though slightly steep) walk from the city center, giving the best of both worlds: easy access to attractions while still enjoying a quiet, elevated retreat with lovely views. The climb back up was a bit of a workout, but taxis were always available for those who prefer not to walk. The hotel itself was cozy and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and exceptionally friendly staff who made me feel right at home. Now, the **breakfast** was a real highlight! A generous buffet! It was the perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore. Highly recommended for travelers who want a peaceful stay close to the action, don’t mind a little uphill stroll, and appreciate a fantastic morning meal!

Beautiful room and bathroom. Sauna was very good, clean and private, we booked 25 minutes before the usage and free. Breakfast was delicious and wide selection. Steep climb from the old town, but we are sportsmen.

Amazing room very clean spacious. Very friendly staff nothing too much trouble for them. Perfect only 5 min walk to old town square
