Location was great very close to Bashcasrhı, breakfast was fully satisfying, Hotel was very clean and comfortable.Rooms were big enough and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel Sana is located in an excellent location, right near some of the main attractions of Sarajevo! The staff was very friendly, was able to get us checked in early, and provided recommendations about things to do and places to eat near by. The room we stayed in was small, but was very clean with a comfortable bed and decently sized bathroom. The shower was on the larger size with lots of hot water.Also, the complementary breakfast was great. Lots of local selections to choose from! Overall, great hotel to stay at! Would consider staying here again!

Hotel staff were very helpful, front desk people spoke very good English and gave good advice on local site seeing. Kitchen staff gave us coffee and food when we left early for a day trip, much appreciated!

The hotel is in a perfect location, steps away from the major tourist attractions in the city. It is clean with very welcoming staff. Room is a bit small, but cozy and comfortable.

It is a bit pricey for its level. Car parking costs extra per night, though very secure.

Great room, in the heart of town, parking availability, expansive breakfast

The room was compact with a spacious bathroom. The beds were very comfortable—I prefer a harder one. Location is excellent, just a few steps away from the Old Town. Breakfast was delicious and heartwarming, with plenty of local choices.

The hotel is in a very central position, that is, you may be exposed to the noise and traffic of the main road nearby.

Occasionally rumbling of trams. Air-conditioning did not work the first night. We were offered alternative rooms which h we took advantage of. The issue was fixed quickly in the morning

We had a fantastic stay at Sana Hotel in Sarajevo. The location is perfect—just a short walk from all the main tourist attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A special thanks goes to Mirlena, who stood out with her kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with anything we needed. Her warm attitude and professionalism made us feel truly welcome and well cared for. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sarajevo.
