Location

The hotel staff is present only during the first work shift. My expectation, as well as common practice, is that the reception operates at least throughout the entire day, if not also during the night shift. Additionally, there is no visible effort on the part of the hotel to assist guests arriving by private car, particularly with regard to parking support.

Don't stay anywhere else. I come to Bosnia twice a year. I've stayed in a different hotel each time. But this is the best so far.

There is no bidet faucet in the toilet. Other than that, it's a 10 point + 5 stars

the area is very convenient, especially if you are wanting to be near old town. staff is reachable even if they aren’t always present. room exceeded my expectations. all in all a very comfortable and enjoyable stay :)

The location is fantastic. You can’t get much closer to the old town center. The hotel is clean and comfortable. A/C works great.

While the staff responds quickly to WhatsApp and are friendly in person, they leave at 3pm. While not an issue for us, if you’re looking for a full service front desk this isn’t the place for you.

As advertised. Hotel is on the edge of Old Town, situated at an offset side road. Interior is contemporary and very clean. Staff is not full time presence at Reception, but is full time access (live audio and live text when not on-site at the moment) so you don't miss anything.

Nothing much. Sort of missed on site breakfast, but they have coupon and referral to a nice breakfast site 100 m away. That was actually very refreshing, so seemed better.

The staff was great and the location was convenient—though to be fair, in Sarajevo, everywhere is close to everywhere. I also appreciated that they accepted credit cards, which was important since I was traveling for work.

The room wasn’t very clean (see photo), the internet connection was weak, and there were very few TV channels. I also felt that the price was a bit high for the standard provided.

The AC unit in my room didn't work very well, seems to be a problem I had in all the hotels on this trip for some reason. Windows opened so at night it wasn't too bad.
