Staff at the front desk was lovely. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Buffet style. Very spacious double room.

Excellent location, clean and spacious, renovated room and bathroom, comfortable beds, working desk, coffee table and chair, very kind staff, excellent breakfast, spacious and free hotel parking,

No place to stop a car when arriving, as the sidewalk has bumps that prevent you to stop even for a minute in order to ask where the hotel parking is (hint: behind the hotel, accessed from a different street, and you need staff to assist you with this). The provided hand soap in the bathroom is so tiny, the size of a lozenge :-), please get bigger ones. Light in the room could be stronger. None of this mattered enough to knock off a star, it's a great hotel.

- the water pressure wasn’t very good in the shower and we found it hard to get the temperature right; either scolding hot or very tepid- would have been a nice touch to have some bottled water provided like we did in other hotels we stayed in

It is a Family run business and all of the members are extremely helpful and kind. Beds are awesome comfortably and the whole installation is great. Very satisfied with all the over stretching support from the staff, and special thanks to "Perla..." who took all efforts to have us very happy.Much recommended place to stay, walking distance to Historic down town, easy access, clean and all you can ask for an accommodation.

Even when they have parking at no cost, it is a bit intricated to get in and out. Nothing serious.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. As soon as we got there the day manager showed us where to park right on site. The following day, the other manager was very nice and helpful as well.The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast is top notch. There is a large assortment. They make their own bread even. The location is perfect. Right up the road from the old town and far enough away to stay quiet throughout the night. A great place to stay.

Delicious Breakfast. Very clean and comfortable room. Location about a 10 minute walk from very touristy area which was positive. Management very attentive and caring.

1. The large bed is actually 2 small beds combined. Not comfortable2. WiFi was not working stable3. The breakfast based on reviews should have been something extraordinary, but in fact it came up as just "okay" - food was not the great and did not feel fresh, the variety of what you can actually eat is small (despite of all bottles/cans and plates).

Great location - in a quieter part of Sarajevo but still very walkable to the center and the museum cluster to the west. The room was spacious and the breakfast was really nice, but it was the staff that were the best part. They were so friendly and helpful - with taxis, restaurants, advice, etc. I would stay here again especially for the staff!

Spacious rooms, an excellent breakfast, and very polite staff made my stay wonderful. The location is perfect, and free parking was a great bonus. Highly recommend!

Very large room and bathroom. The location is very convenient to explore the city on foot, and relatively quiet (outside of the old town). The hotel staff can pick you up from the airport with their car for 20€.The breakfast is included in the rate and has many different options, especially considering that it's not a big hotel. Not so many baked goods but 2-3 cakes and warm foods changing every day, fresh fruit, vegetables, 5 different types of honey...The staff speaks English and while not particularly communicative, they seem happy to help.I like that the hotel / the room didn't smell of cigarettes, which is rare enough to point out.

Water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. The curtains weren't able to cover the windows fully so we were woken up by the sun (East facing room).

Very friendly and accommodating hotel staff. Feels almost like a family hotel. Communication was easy. Rooms were very clean. Location is very good, only a few min walking distance to the old town. Breakfast was nice with some local specialities served which was appreciated (otherwise nothing off the normal in terms of variety).
