The location was perfect- so close to the old town.

Everything was great- although after a long day the walk up the hill was slightly challenging but not terrible! Just something to be aware of if you are elderly

No complaints about accommodation, management and staff who were very courteous and kind. Nice buffet breakfast.

The walk up the hill to get to the hotel from the old town was exhausting. However, I was not in the best of shape. There is no elevator and the shower stall was a small corner one.

Wi-fi and AC work.

The wardrobe door was broken, the toilet was only half functional, there was no furniture to put things on (chair, cabinet). In the bathroom, the light was broken. The window could not be closed.

Practically in center, but still has a peace around it. Free parking, good staff, decent breakfast. Honestly everything you need for a couple of days.

Hotels near to old town and you can Walk around every where in oldu town, but Hotels needs tobe deep cleaning for guest.

Aircondation system is not working good, Heating system is closed at night so the room is coldest and get cold.

Great location, very clean and friendly. Also great value for money. Free parking available which is great. Also, as we requested a twin room, as we were two friends, as they had no twins left, they upgraded us to a larger room free of charge. Great communication and very friendly and quite attractive young staff

The room was a bit cold.

Friendly staff, pretty good breakfast, good location. Laundry is available on request and transfer from/to airport. Good hot shower. Internet was good.

After breakfast you can't get hot drinks or even hot water to drink. In the room too little space -- can't even seat anywhere besides the bed. TVs did t work - - showed no signal, but even if they worked it showed only 4 or 5 programs.

Never stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, they demanded an additional 3% conversion fee on top of the price listed on Booking, claiming it was due to paying in euros—even though the booking clearly listed prices in euros. Worse, they quoted a 3% fee but tried to charge 20 BAM extra on a 366 BAM payment. When I suggested they simply convert the amount from euros to BAM as listed on Booking and charge my card, they refused, insisting on the extra 20 BAM, this time blaming bank charges for card payments. After arguing for over half an hour, I refused to pay anything extra and demanded they process the official amount directly through Booking. They finally did, but the next day they invented another excuse to demand money, falsely claiming that city tax wasn’t included, their colleague made a mistake, even though it was.Even worse, the staff had full access to my card details. They showed me the information and even threatened to charge it without my consent, forcing me to cancel my card for security reasons. We never felt safe, and the experience completely ruined our holiday. When I reported this to Booking, the hotel blatantly lied, accusing me of yelling at staff and creating problems. Their dishonesty was shocking. I have never experienced such a thing in my holidays in the other countries.Additionally, although I had booked and confirmed a room with two separate beds, they demanded extra payment upon arrival. When I refused, they gave us to a one-bedded room with dirty sheets and said we’d only get the two-bedded room if we paid extra. The cleanliness of the hotel was the worst I’ve ever encountered.The breakfast was just as bad—inadequate and unappetizing. While walking around Baščaršija, we met other tourists who stayed in much better hotels nearby for nearly half the price, with great service and excellent breakfasts.Avoid this hotel at all costs. They will do anything to take more money from you, lie to cover their behavior, and ruin your peace.

Apartment was clean and had anything we needed. Owner was so helpfull and answered all questions what we asked

The staff was absolutely sensational. Absolutely happy smiles we saw every single morning. Every minor problem was solved within 4 to 5 minutes including the breakfast extras that we demanded. Even when the heating wasn’t working they compensated it with care and brought us heaters. Best thing about the hotel was the sincere staff. The ambient of the rooms and the reception floor was also unique.

For a hotel that has so much potential only major problem thing was the ramp in the way to it. We sometimes returned after midnight and with that tiredness it can be quite challenging for the kids and elderly.

Proximity to the bazaar and other attractions

The hotel fell far below basic standards. The wardrobe had a faulty door that fell on my head, and one window’s hinge was dangerously loose. There was no first aid kit when my child injured his finger. A poor woman had to rummage through her bag for a plaster. The toilet was unclean, with drops from the previous user, and the bed covers were stained and old. Despite freezing temperatures and faulty heating, a duvet request for my child went unfulfilled, with the manager saying he would provide the next day but didn’t. On checkout when I mentioned that I never got the duvet he shifted the blame saying I should have asked again and it was my fault they didn’t know which room. There’s no receptionist after 10pm and all the lights are off and dark in the lobby, so if you need anything or an emergency, you’re on your own. Not even anyone to pick up the phone! Finally, the hotel was situated on top of a very steep hill so getting up and down especially in rain or cold slippery weather was very uncomfortable and a nuisance.

The hotel is very close to the old part of the town, which was our main interest. Everything we needed was nearby—good restaurants and a few shops. The staff were very friendly, and there was parking next to the hotel. For a short stay, this hotel was a good choice.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator, which could be an issue for some. Additionally, the location is slightly uphill, so I wouldn’t recommend it for elderly people. Access by car is possible if Google Maps successfully guides you to the desired location, but this can be a bit tricky.

Great location, comfortable reception area.

No tea or coffee making facilities in rooms but also no tea or coffee facility outside the breakfast time. I would be very happy to pay for tea or coffee at the reception area or a higher room charge for tea coffee in the room.

The location of the hotel is superbe, a beautiful view of the city and in walking distance to the city center. The way to the hotel by car is a bit challenging but manageable. Some renovation of the interior of the hotel, i.e. the dinging room and - at least - of our room wouldn't be wrong (including the strange power cables in the bathroom). The breakfast was - well, let's say: ok, a new coffee machine for real coffee (not Nescafe) would be a benefit for sure.

Great location close to the old town Bed and linen were comfortable and the area was quiet, so we had a very good night sleep.

The shower was not very clean (hard water marks all over, it looked like it hadn't been properly wiped in ages).On top of that it flooded, so the next person had to wait for around 20 minutes until all the water drained, to be able to take a shower.We mentioned this at breakfast, but nothing had been done throughout the day, so we had the same issue the second night.I had booked twin beds, but we were given a room with a queen size bed. When I mentioned this while checking in, we were basically told that the one bed in our room is a twin bed ?

The receptionist was very kind and the location is perfect to visit old town.

Where to start... Family room was not ment to be rented. Smelly, not clean, from the window you couldn't see out, bedding old and ripped, with stains. I have make a complain at reception that the room is not the same as on picture and they said it was an old picture. We slept on our towels so that we did not get in touch with dirt. It was the worst stay that I have ever made. And the grade 4 is only plus for the staff, that was very welcoming. Everything else is not worth the words.

The location is good, we liked that it had fridge and air conditioning. Food was tasty.

Not really clean, suspicious red stains on curtains, lot of dust. Breakfast could have more choices.
