Pros +
- Everything excellent. Hands down the best place to stay when you visit Sarejevo.
- Everyone in the hotel was so nice, polite, and helpful. It is centrally located, with the points of interests, as well as restaurants, all within a few minutes walk. Highly recommended and will surely come back for a longer stay next time.
- Clean, hospitality, amazing location, nice hamam pool
Cons -
- Hamam could be improved such providing towels, better steam, warmer soaking bath etc
- The bed was ok, but not super comfortable, the room was nin-smiking but the hallway/oubluc area smelled og cigarette. The hamam could have been cleaner, but none if these little complaints would keep me from staying there again or recommending it to others- it's a great choice!
- Payable parking nearby.

The haman was a nice perk. The room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. The reception was welcoming and the building was quiet secure.

Staying in Isa Begov Hamam Hotel was a great experience, including delicious breakfast (with selection of local specialties). The hamam entrance was free of charge, massage and scrub is provided on demand (it was extremely good).
Payable parking nearby.
Breakfast was included and was great. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was large and clean. The location was perfect!

Great location, clean and friendly staff all we wanted.
Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, great location
Although non smoking smelled cigarette smoke ;perhaps from street). No free parking.
The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They offered to hold my suitcase until I come back from a side trip and called me a taxi to the bus depot. They also arranged airport to hotel transport. Breakfast service was prompt and authentic. The Turkish-style breakfast has a lot of small sides that make it meaningful. The room is a very good size for two twin beds, bathroom warm and toasty in the winter (no cold tiles!), and plenty of space to move around in and store items. Hammam for men/women at different times, and they offer additional spa treatments at the hotel. The location can't be better - right by the Latin Bridge with quick and efficient walking access to the Old Town area. Many of the walking tours in the area start within a 5-7 min. walk of the hotel. Many restaurants and shops within reach. I rebooked it to stay in my last night in Sarajevo - so I would definitely stay again on a return trip in the future.
Nothing - all perfect.
The hotel is beautiful, serene, spacious rooms and simply wonderful. The Hammam is amazing too and is the delicious breakfast. I absolutely loved this hotel: its ambience, beautiful furniture and lovely artifacts. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Location is excellent.A gem. Exceptional on all accounts. Loved it.
Nothing ☺️
The room was comfortable and charming with all the amenities. The staff was helpful. The best feature is the location which is within walking distance to most sites and near public transportation. The breakfast was fine. The hotel is beautifully decorated in Ottoman style. The Hamam is nice.
One could hear street noise with the windows open. Perfectly fine with the windows closed.
This is a beautifully restored property in an ideal location. The staff—all but one employee—were wonderful.
I reserved this property specifically because parking was included. I messaged the property upon reserving to ensure that parking was included. I was told it was. When we arrived on the first day of the reservation, I was told that their policy had changed and that I would have to pay to park the car. I incurred an additional $85 for parking that was unexpected and unfair. I was told that Booking had notified me of the change, which is not true. Additionally, when I had trouble paying the parking fee with my credit card, the hotel employee refused to help at all with the machine and just smugly shrugged, indicating that it wasn’t his problem and that he didn’t care. I am very disappointed with the service and deceptive advertising.
Everything was OK. Best part was breakfast. Personally served by the chef. Beautiful selection of local food prepared at the moment.
The staff were very friendly. They accomodated my need for a bicycle in my room even though everything was an antique
For a couple the beds may be small but perhaps that was just my room
Location and attentive and helpful staff.Beautiful decor and offers use of bath and breakfast.
We stayed at the Begov Hamam Hotel and found it very unique, with traditional room design and decor in a historic Ottoman-era building. The location is special, right in Sarajevo’s old town near the oldest mosque, which makes sightseeing easy. We did not use the hamam facilities as the separate times for men and women make it less convenient if you are traveling as a family or couple. Breakfast was traditional and quite basic, but it fit the atmosphere. Overall, we liked it as something different during our Balkans trip, but if the historic decor is not important to you and spa use is not a priority, it may not be worth it since you mainly pay for the authentic setting.
