Helpful staff, great location.

Did not have breakfast.

Provide Wi-Fi password in the room so I don’t have to call or go downstairs to the lobby ask for that.

Location and free parking are the greatest part. The bed is comfortable as well. Staff is very kind and helpful.

Great location near Ferhadija, shopping and most interesting sights. Nice staff. Quirky and small but very clean.

Smjesten je na dobroj lokaciji, blizu je svega. Hotel je mal i tijesan. Skup je za ono sto nudi. 2 noci u jednokrevetnoj sobi sa doeuckom sam platio 242e. Soba je uredna sa svim potrebnim. Wc je uredan i cist. Hrana je svjeza i ukusna. Hotel ima lift i lounge. Osoblje je najbolje i bas su ljubazni. Neke sobe gledaju na ulicu, neke u zgrade iza, zavisi koju sobu dobijete. Preporucujem ako vam je bitna lokacija hotela, ne preporucujem ukoliko van je bitna cijena. Realno bi bilo da sam platio nekih 50e nize. Ocjena 8/10.

Great hotel in the center of the city, free parking, great staff! Recommended!

The staff were polite, friendly and helpful, the location was very good for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable.

Location was nice for my business needs. The hotel had a free parking that was available.

The fixtures in the bathroom (for soap, shower, toilet paper) were loose and not properly fixed to the wall, that left a poor impression, although everything was functional. The room was a bit too hot for my taste, although heating was turned off.

The very good position in the city center, the large room and large bathroom. The staff is very professional and warm.

The water in the shower did not flow correctly

Bed was very comfortable.

There was no heater in the room. No water. The toilet was leaking water.

Staff was very friendly and the location was great.

Unfortunately the cleanliness of the room was not at it's best.Bathroom looks like it didn't get a thorough clean in a long time. Chairs are very dirty and the apartment was very dusty.I feel that for the price the state of the apartment was not too good.

stayed at this hotel recently and found the location to be just okay—nothing particularly special but manageable. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

The parking situation could definitely use some improvement, as it felt a bit cramped at times. The breakfast was alright, but it could offer more variety.

Air conditioning was inefficient, and rooms were rather compact for 2. It was fine for 1 night though.

Very friendly and helpful staff and in a great location. Relatively pretty good value for money.

Breakfast was simple. If you come a bit late, not much left. But you can ask and staff is friendly and willing to help, like make some eggs. Airco not working well, probably because it was very dirty. 7,5 out of 10

Staff was friendly and helpful, they also send me by post the things that I forgot in hotel. Perfect location, close to everything. Room was clean and comfortable.

The location is great to go sightseeing and parking is available right in front of the hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful if you need anything.

The breakfast is very limited.The AC in the room is weak.

Really good location. Short walk to the old town.Large comfortable rooms plus excellent showers. And the staff were really pleasant to deal with and couldn't have been more helpful.

I honestly can't think of any negatives to do with Hotel Cosmopolit.
