Hotel Bistrik City Center

Easy to book, to talk with the stuff from the hotel. Everything was clean, nice and close to the city center.

I wish we had breakfast included.

Location is close to başçarşı, and transportation. room was clean but cold.

They asked for extra 8BAM for my stay just because I booked from here, they should've notified or charged before.Location felt dangerous,

The location was excellent, very close to the city center and main attractions. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything met our expectations and the stay was perfect.

Location is good, parking for our motorcycle was ok, breadfast is not in the hotel but cool, rooms were nice and clean.

Location to the old city is a big bonus, the parking lot although tight is also a bonus. The price is very good. Easy check in and check out. Helpful instructions although we arrived late.

The hotel rate according to Europe standards is 2 star maximum three. However we could expect that. The rooms needs maintenance, broken light over the bed, shower tap needs descaling etc. walls have damages, curtains some cleaning. For our group it was a one stop night at the city for work, so we had no expectanions. If i had to stay more i would rethink. However the value for price is good. If more attention is paid for maintenance and cleaning it could have better potential for the guests.

The beautiful receptionist was very kind. She helped me carry my luggage up to the 2nd floor. There was no elevator in the hotel but it was clean and affordable.

Good value of money Location very close to everything Beds was goodAnd reception staff nedžla is amazing she helped us so much i told her it was my wife birthday she went out of the way and bought a cake for us and some balloons she made our day for me and my wife .So you should really recognize her she deserves it .

Location is great, cca 7 minutes of walking from Baščaršija. Late check in is possible. It was clean.

They gave us the wrong room, but since it was for one night and we arrived late, we did not bother to ask for a change. The room looked pretty run down; there was mold in the bathtub, hanging light fixtures, and outlets.

Cheap and in a good location close to the city center and airport transfers. Clean room.

The room wasn't in a good state. Squeaking bed, non-working TV, one power outlet was filled with gum (?), another one had a really low output and took forever to charge my phone. Someone smashed the air conditioning controls in, so I didn't know if it was even possible to change the room temperature. After two nights, I woke up with a cold in the middle of the summer. There's a fridge but it's filled with paid drinks - I just cooled my water on the AC...

Nightmare.

The hotel was unstaffed and the self-check in did not work, the room card did not work, and I had to sleep in the lobby. Receptionist told me I would receive a call from the manager to discuss compensation but they did not. I returned in person and they gave me the run-around.Do not stay here, it is a dishonest business.

The property was clean and in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was amazing, Receptionist Fata is kind and professional, Rooms are Clean I will definitely come back again.

Just one thing...The bed was very uncomfortable, as the mattress was bad in our room.

We were greeted by one of the hotel members I believe Amir (sorry if I didn't remember correctly ?). Gent was super polite and helpful,like the rest of the team we met throughout our stay. The hotel is on perfect location, only few minutes from center and comes with a big plus, a garage.The room was more than enough for our stay, very clean and had everything we needed with one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. ?Thank you Hotel Bistrik.

- Location - close to the old center- The receptionist (when around) was polite and helpful.

- Parking - very narrow garage and relatively expensive.- No one was ever at the reception. When calling multiple times there was no answer on the phone.- Water was leaking in the bathroom- TV did not work- Not very clean

The hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful and told us some things about the area. He spoke good English. There is a private car park, but we found a place on the street opposite the hotel and were told it was safe there. It was free to park there. The hotel was very clean and quite easy to find as I recognised it from the pictures on booking.com. We were given a pin number to use after 8pm to get into the hotel. We spent 2 nights here, and the next day, the cleaners had cleaned and tidied our rooms.The location was about 7-8 mins walk from the old town and also about 6-7 mins walk to the cable cars. This was great as we got to experience more of the area, and local people. The local people were very kind. There are 2 grocery shops nearby - one almost next door to the hotel, and the other one a few more metres up the road. Also a very delicious bakery near the corner, when walking to the old town.

Location and bright room with a view of the hillside. Furniture and bathroom relatively new.

Mattress was not comfortable. Carpet needed some cleaning. Crumbs and dust. Staff very limited availability in the morning

Great value for money, great location, friendly owner and staff, big comfortable bed.We booked a junior suite for 22€ per night. The room was very clean, but attention to detail could be better (shower head and hose need repair or replacement, shower seal between the glass planes needs attention, random sticker on the ceiling in the living room, more towels and tp wouldn't hurt...).Overall, the location is great (no need to rent a car at all), the place is very clean, the bed is big and comfortable, and there's a TV in the bedroom and in the living room (overkill, but nice to have). The shower is functional, but would be much better with very little investment and effort.The owner is a local guy, friendly and knowledgeable and is happy to share advice on great local gems to visit and eat in (I regret we didn't ask earlier, stayed for 9 days, only asked on the 7th).

Room is hot, clear and tidy. It was so luxury. Reception system is very good. They give you password for door if you came late.

There is no slipper in room. Be careful about taxi, we paid 25 € to airport. You shoul get public transportation
