Close to everything and parking (at an additional cost).

Staff was somewhat dismissive Shower curtain sticks to you as you try to wash in a small shower.

Staff professional and friendly, clean room and very close to everything.

Small rooms. No coffee in the morning except from a machine

Proximity to the old town. Hotel owner presentable and respectful of customers. Owner also knowledgeable of go-to places for travel and morning walks/runs. Police station right next to hotel provided sense of safety.

The room was too tight, we couldn’t even move past each other.

The host and the receptionist were very friendly. They welcomed and accompanied us to the parking garage since it was a bit far. The room as very spacious, comfortable, equipped with a cozy bathroom and a small kitchen. So I would evaluate it as great for the value of money. The location was also great. In a couple of minutes minutes you could reach Baščaršija.

The only thing that we didn't like was the absence of elevators. We managed but for the ones who need to have it, it might be a problem, or aim for the rooms on the lower floors.

Staff was not friendly and dealt in rude way. Also, We were in second floor and there was tiny spiral stairs

Great location. The hotel offers €20 pickup from airport which is helpful when it rains. Easy navigation from anywhere around old town.

I arrived late (after 10pm) and contacted the hotel to ask for late check in. The hotel arranged this easily. I stayed in the double room with sofa and it was exactly as on the pictures, very comfortable place.

The hotel is in a fantastic position, very close to the historical center. The room is fine and the bathroom is ok The people at the reception are very nice and friendly, the accomodation has everything needed

Excellent location, very helpful and accommodating staff that went out of their way to make our stay an excellent and enjoyable experiment. Good facilities and VERY clean. Would definitely stay again, very much enjoyed our stay.

Great location, staff helpful and kind. They took us to park the car in a private garage that is one minute drive away and lated drove us to pick up the car.

The hotel is only a minute walk from Bashcarsija. The location is quiet and the staff were very helpful. For the price and location this is a pretty good deal.

The location is walking distance to the old town and cable car to the mountain. A lot of restaurants and also there is grocery store nearby. Convenient for those who don't drive like us. But we can still manage to explore places far from city by booking private tour with the hotel. The hotel is owned by a family, hence the homey vibes. There is no elevator if you have big luggage. Wifi is excellent. Overall, we enjoyed our 3 nights stay here. Recommended.
