Pros +
- Lovely surroundings.Nice food options.Rooms are cozy.
- The place was beautiful and the staff ware nice but their is no one to help with bags even when I have child and I had to carry them by myself with no trolly
- This is a beautiful hotel with a nice breakfast. We really enjoyed the wellness area, the nature and the room. Perfect for doing hikes and to just enjoy the crisp air.
Cons -
- Spa area and pool were not working properly at all. It was freezing cold and pool was essentially unusable. We did not know this would be the case before booking.Common and restaurant areas were also very cold.
- The staff didn't always seem too interested in you. A few were nice enough but others barely looked at you and seemed to value other customers a whole lot more. Nothing directly unfriendly but I expected a little more from a hotel of this dignity.
- The beds are not comfort at all, everyday we were waking up with back and neck pain

The location is astonishing, specially if you are looking for nature and calm

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the location was simply amazing. The room was spotless and cozy. It is near Sunny land only 10 min away, and the hotel has nice nature areas where you can just set and relax or do exercise, the staff was very nice they celebrate my birthday when i was there and it was really a nice surprise. I love staying there and I definitely would come again if I visit Sarajevo again
The hotel was nice and comfortable, but there are a couple of points that could be improved. There was no luggage assistance service from the room, which would have been very helpful. Also, the breakfast could use more variety to make it more enjoyable. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.
nice room & location

The view and nature around the hotel
That the staff is trying to get more money with any excuse. For example, i paid for a room of 2 adults and a 2 years old child with included breakfast, when i enter the restaurant to have a good breakfast with my family, the waiter told me to stop because we are 3 people while on the paper it says 2 persons?? He was pointing on my 2 years old child as an adult in a room and he cant have breakfast. Where is the humanity?Example 2, i told them that I have extra people want to stay with us and you guys dont have enough rooms, so i asked for more extra beds for them and i Paid for them, before we checkout they told “you guys are more than what it supposed to be, and you need to pay more??? I did not pay of course because I already paid from the beginning. Overall, i dont like people who tries to get tourist’s money .
Looks good from outside , just was disappointed from the interior furniture , expected more
Rooms smell bad ,furniture old
Quite place
The hotel clearly understaffed. Therefore, the service wasn’t equal compared to how much we paid
The room was full of moths and the front desk was asking if I brought them?! There wasn’t a bellhop to help us with our bags even though the insisted on an 11AM sharp check out. The breakfast was pathetic.
Location Ang halal hotel
The room was not clean all dusty and spiders web They know we are coming weeks before Also some light don’t work in the room
The room is spacious and comfortable. The area is beautiful. The staff is very cooperative and friendly, always offering assistance.Wonderful stay.
The restaurant and café staff take a long time to bring the orders.
Only 30 minutes from Sarajevo by car, the location was fabulous. It is quite adjacent to the pine woods (hence the name Pino I guess) where you can walk for hours and, if you're lucky, you'll meet wild horses grazing nearby (real wild horses, no owner). Besides, I guess it was the nearest hotel to the cable car station where you can ride down to Sarajevo. The hotel is close to the station but you need to walk uphill quite a bit to get there, since vehicles are not allowed beyond a certain point. Mind the "no vehicle entry" signs. Took us 30 minutes on foot to get there. Don't miss the cable car ride if you can.We enjoyed the outdoor ground floor terrace. It was summer and I'm sure the snowy view would be great in the winter. Note that the hotel surrounding areas are weekend/holiday destinations for Sarajevo's local residents. They bring their food and spend full days there with their kids which makes the area quite busy at these times. The mattress was hard and I like it this way. The pillows were good too (not too soft). The water pressure was good, and a hand spray (shattaf) is installed near the toilet seat. The toilet/shower appliances are top-notch (Villeroy & Boch, Hansgrohe). Impressive.Staff members including janitors speak English perfectly. The kitchen and the restaurant servings are 100% Halal compliant.
The TV in the room was not smart. That was a pity and unexpected. The breakfast, which is my most important meal of the day, was mediocre. The buffet items run out quickly and take a long time to get replenished.Flies were abundant in the restaurant. The hotel management needs to find a solution to this problem.
We stayed at Pino Nature Hotel as a family and absolutely loved it. The location on Trebević mountain is beautiful, and the fresh smell of pine trees surrounding the hotel is amazing - it really adds to the feeling of being close to nature. The hotel itself is warm and welcoming, with comfortable rooms and great facilities. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the easy access to outdoor activities in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. It’s a perfect place for families looking to relax in nature while still being close to Sarajevo. We’d happily come back.
Room was very comfortable. Reception staff are kind and welcoming.
Room was dirty. Daily housekeeping was basically non existent. Restauarant staff not kind. Towels in the bathroom had large holes in them. Overpriced for the quality of their facilities.
The location is magical — surrounded by pine trees with beautiful trails for hiking and outdoor calisthenics. The atmosphere is peaceful and refreshing. The restaurant was excellent, especially breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — special thanks to Edin and Gorana for their warm and professional service. They truly made the experience better.
While the staff were kind and did their duties, room service needs improvement. It would be great to see more responsiveness to guest requests, along with better daily room cleaning and organization. Providing affordable laundry service or at least an iron would be helpful. Some basic additions like regular complimentary drinking water, refreshing the room décor, and updating old bedding (which sometimes feels dusty) would significantly enhance the comfort of the stay.
Location
ServiceStaff support No luggage service Not responding for callThey ask me for exra payment ( ? City taxes )Cutain ( black out ) not placed for one of the windows and they did not responded quickly)One elevator and alot of people Restaurant option not in level of hotel
The area is beautiful, but the staff is horrible. They are unhelpful, and I think they forget how to smile at people. Th
Scenic, relaxing, squeaky clean, amazing generous breakfast spread…my favorite part was sleeping to the smell of fresh pine scent from our windows
Jacuzzi was drained -was looking forward to it :(Found a few hairs in pool-could have been cleanerHad to request the sauna be turned on which takes a while to heat up
Beautiful place located outside of the city for us to get away and enjoy some time together away from the hustle and bustle of the real world
I didn’t like that we couldn’t control the temperature in our room. It was very hot to sleep!!
