The price not worth it !!!The manger was so rude and aggressive. The rooms weren't clean , there was spiders in room and i told them to come and clean them out , and no one came .The breakfast is bad .There's no elevator, the entrance like a horror movie.

Location was great, breakfast was great, modern facilities and staff were so friendly and helpful.

The staff was beyond flexible with requests. The included breakfast was large and filling. The location was close to old town, and the street had numerous shops and small cafes. If you did not want to eat in the restaurant.

That I could not stay longer.

Please don’t use such strong diffusers in the room — it was too much, especially for someone with allergies. Also, there were no hooks for towels in the bathroom.

Absolutely nothing - it was not even a hotel

I arrived at the property at 23.30 due to a late flight and prior informed the hotel, despite that no one was at the hotel at my arrival time. Road was dark and scary same as horror movie, for more than one hour no one answered. When eventually picked up the phone no English speaking people, there was no one at the property Total disaster, booked another hotel and stayed away from that "hotel".Despite everything no refund was given not even apologies for not giving the service for which they were paid of 4 nights without staying. Totally disappointed

The bed was really comfortable. The TV was big and modern, the AC worked perfectly and there is a small fridge. Included breakfast was more than enough but lacked a bit of variation.The shower was big, but the rest of the bathroom was quite small, especially the toiletspace and the towels were really tiny. There was sometimes a strong sewage smell coming from the sink in the bathroom. The rooms are on the first floor and there are some stairs, no elevator. There were not many storage areas in the room or bathroom.

This is an apart hotel. Breakfast was not available until after 09.00 in the morning. No staff were available after 18.00 in the evening. Access after this time was via a back door which you needed your room key. This was not explained.

Never stay here again and avoid at all costs! We were locked out of the hotel at night the key card didn't open the back door. Locked out the night before our departure flight in -5 degrees weather!Locked out for over 2 hours and the property offers a measley £10 compensation. Never again! Booking.com were useless and so was the hotel owner. Only through the help of a local lady did we get in touch with the owner and he arranged for someone to meet at the property and the door was opened.The lady who worked in a restaurant nearby told me that we weren't the first to experience being locked out of the hotel, she has seen many guests experience this. I am surprised no one has left reviews in regards to this.

The room is decorated with a modern design. It is very nice, clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience.

It suited my idea. It was very cozy and warm. The location was also suitable for exploring on foot, the car was parked in front of the building and everything was close by.

Impressively refurbished hotel, right in the heart of Sarajevo, a short walk (9 minutes) from where you can get dropped off by the airport bus (the 200E service), and is then about 15 minutes walk to the heart of the old town. We were given a number to call to collect some keys, but couldn't connect (think it was my SIM), so went in through a restaurant/cafe area to a reception desk at the back, where we were checked in by a friendly member of staff, who spoke great English. The rooms are then through a door to the toilets and up the stairs, and had a side entrance for when the restaurant closed at 9pm, so access was great. Room was spacious, and warm, and looked recently refurbed. Breakfast was made-to-order, so we went for coffee and omelettes both mornings, and they were delicious!

No kettle in the room, so couldn't have a tea/coffee, but hardly an issue, as we weren't there that long!

Pleasant hotel close to old city, good restaurant, we really enjoyed to stay there!

The location of this property to Old Town Sarajevo and our scheduled tour was good!

My personal observation- I found the bed to be extremely hard thus uncomfortable to me. My partner didn’t have the same experience. Also, this hotel should have credit card capabilities!!

Everything was clean and tidy, comfy bed. Staff were pleasant. All in all was great.

Check in till 21:00, checkout till 11:00, and breakfast 09:00-10:00 were too tight, but the staff were cooperative

The staff were very friendly and helpful we had a mistake with the booking but they still managed to accommodate us .They made up for the change in room by giving us a meal on the house which went above and beyond.The breakfast was excellent and the staff gave us lots of information on what sites to visit .Would definitely recommend itWould love to visit again . Location is great only a short walk to the old city and very central

Apartment location is very good, close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Old town is a 5-10 minute walk, located in a bustling part of Sarajevo. Apartment is on top of a cafe/restaurant so easy to find. Breakfast at the cafe was some of the best I had in Sarajevo. Good location with plenty to do and easy to get a taxi etc.

It is normal for people to smoke in cafes and restaurants in Sarajevo, we were located on the first floor and there was a constant smell of cigarette in our room, most likely coming from the cafe downstairs.
