Great location, very clean

No parking

staff very helpfulgreat posizion super clean

Cleanliness, modern and spacious room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, excellent location, helpful staff.

Lack of detregent in the kitchen, one toilet paper for our whole stay, had to ask for soap and shower gel, inadequate kitchen equipment.

Excellent location to visit old town. 2min walk from bascarsija.Great appartment. Modern and very comfortable and a great balcony with town view.Highly recommend. Very good for the price.

Could have an eating table.

The central location, helpful stuff, a clean room.

The room was overall good but it was pretty cold in the beginning of November.Would be nice to have a table in a room.

All Perfect!- Great Location- Professional & Helpful Staff- Good Heating (Outside temperature was below Zero degree)

- Location- Great Performance/Price

The place is located in a prominent part of the city. It was close to everything and easy access to transport. The staff were friendly

There was no complimentary water or a kettle.

It was good value for money and location is great. Pretty quite for the location.

I would really appreciate the working table, as I was traveling for work, and without a table it was not same experience.

Very close to city centre, spacius rooms, friendly stuff, good breakfast

The location was excellent and the staff were brilliant too. The coffee machine broke for a couple of days and we couldn't have coffee at breakfast, but otherwise it was very pleasant.

Nobody came to clean our room for our whole stay. We didn't mind too much, but we kept having to ask the reception for things like that toilet paper and shower gel.

Everything is great, very cooperative staff, excellent cleanliness, very good location

The staff was super friendly! Location is amazing just a 2min walk from the city center but in a quite zone. Our room was super clean and had great beds and a great bathroom.

The location is great, so clean and neat, WiFi is excellent, staff are so friendly and helpful

Breakfast can be betterNo tables in rooms to eat on

Everything was fine! My room was huge and comfortable/ very clean and quiet. Hotel is placed in the center of the city, 2 minutes away old market and authentic cafanas. Strongly recommended!

good breakfast, good position just few minutes walk from the main square

the room was different from the one seen on booking. It was at the ground floor so the exit was direcly on the street, which i found unconfortablewe stayed for 5 days and no one cleaned the room until the fourth day and only at our explicit request

Very nice hotel to stay! Comfort and cozy atmosphere inside, and pleasant personnel on reception. They have brekafasts in the morning that is simple but pretty nice :) Would stay there next time again! Fully recommend!!

the breakfast is a room in the cellar without windows. the breakfast itself was very good, more choices would have been appreciated and a better bread eg.the location of the apartment is excellent!

the cleaning personal didn't clean our room and didnt change the towels automatically.

Very spacious and clean room Also had a small kitchenette Beds were super comfyRoom was very bright and clean

Breakfast spread was limited and too small room for it

The location! Staff was also friendly and everything looked good. Breakfast was basic but fine.

The room was not cleaned often during my week. I stayed a whole week and it was only cleaned 1 or 2 times.

It is closed to Bascarşı and so quiet place, so clean
