Nortel Hotel

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the room itself was clean and cozy, which I truly appreciated.

Noise levels made it extremely difficult to enjoy the stay. There is a night bar directly beneath the hotel that plays very loud music throughout the night—even on a Sunday—which made it nearly impossible to sleep. Additionally, the sound insulation in the building is inadequate; I could clearly hear people walking and talking in the hallways.To make matters worse, there is a construction site nearby. So even if you manage to fall asleep despite the music, the morning construction noise will wake you up very early.Overall, unless you are planning to stay out partying all night, I would not recommend it.

Hotel is at the great location, however, that comes with the price. There are bars located underneath the hotel and is very loud if you are trying to sleep early especially on Fridays and/or Saturdays. The windows are not isolated or can’t be closed all the way so you hear everything. Additionally, the water pressure is nonexistent, I had to take a break from my shower because there was no water for like 3-4 minutes and then came back but very low pressure. Carpets are very dirty in the rooms. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, from what we paid, we could have paid a little bit extra and stayed in much nicer hotel.

There is not even water to drink in the rooms, there is no fridge, hot water is cut off, room cleaning is not done, there is nothing to eat

I had a wonderful stay at the Deluxe North Hotel! The atmosphere was incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect retreat. Its great location allowed for an easy walk to numerous restaurants and popular attractions, which was a significant plus.The host was absolutely delightful, providing exceptional service that made me feel welcome. The rooms were spotless, exhibiting a high standard of cleanliness that enhanced my overall experience.I highly recommend the Deluxe North Hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. I can't wait to return!

The staff are nice

Dirty, messy, and poorly furnished apartment. The water pressure in the washroom is really bad.

No receptionist, keys were in the mailbox.We had to wait for 30 minutes for someone from the staff to come and take payment.Most disappointing is that this hotel is near a club and there is VERY LOUD MUSIC till 2 AMI think most of the reviews are fake

For sure, the best cost value I've experienced on booking. com. The room as amazing! Nice new carpet, good shower, excellent bed. Close to everything. Nice illumination, soap, flip flops, robe, towel, amazing blanket.

Unfortunately, there was a club on Saturday night down on the street. So, you could hear some noise in the evening and night.

They canceled our stay on date of arrival, while stalling us for 4 hours and then late in night after 8 PM stating they are sorry and that they iverbooked. We saw only front door of property.

Initial contact was proper and all looked fine. Someone from booking listed phone number contacted us to check arrival time. After that - terrible. No key at arrival, noone answering call. Only mesaging. Lyimg to us some other guest took keys by mistake. Telling ua to wait and to bring us keys at locatiom we will wait. Stalling us for hours and promissing everything is good. Then late in night just sending msg that they are sorry, they oveebooked and that we cannot stay there. Not offering any help, any alternative acomodation. Not answering calls. Not connecting to supervisor. Even worse, due to being whole day driving and waiting for reservation to be ready - phone batery died since we left car in parking near hotel. We spent aditional time to find other acomodation in lat night and it completely ruined our one night stay in Sarajevo since we specificly picked place due to extraordinary location. I would give 0 if it was possible just because how unprofessional they were. I would not mind if they canceles when we arrived or even before arriving. But letting us wait for hours and then mid night just cancelling is unhuman, terrible behaviour.

Excellent location in the city center, clean and warm. The owner was always in touch, and the car was parked at the entrance.

Located in almost middle of the SCC and Başçarşı. Helpful owner and easily get in touch with her. Assisting luggage store after check out.

Uzasno iskustvo za novogodisnju noc sa dvoje male djece!

Naime rezervisali smo Deluxe Nortel hotel u periodu od 31.12.2024. do 04.01.2025. Stigli smo u Sarajevo oko 17:30 i taman sto smo jedva nasli parking koji se placa jer do hotela nismo mogli stici tu noc jer je bio koncert, primam poziv od hotela koji nam u tom momentu javlja da je nasa soba poplavila i da ne mozemo tu boraviti. Ponudili su alternativu koja je bila skuplja 3 puta od njihovog hotela govoreci nam da ce se iskupiti. Inace smo suprug i ja smo dosli sa dvoje male djece 4 i 2 godine. Smjestaj koji su nam ponudili bio je na Bascarsiji i ocekivali su od nas da sa dvoje male djece i svim stvarima idemo pjeske jer se drugacije nije moglo do tog novog smjestaja da bi tamo samo prespavali i sjutradan dosli kod njih. Rekli su nam da mozemo uci u sobu sjutradan izmedju 10-11h. Naravno da se vise niko nije javljao na taj broj niti odgovarao na poruke. Uglavnom jedno uzasno iskustvo u najgorem mogucem periodu godine kada je vecina kapaciteta popunjena. Ne preporucujem ga.Imali smo srece sa drugim hotelom koji je bio na jos boljoj lokaciji!

The room was huge and very clean! Location is great in the city centre.

There is a night bar very close so noise on a couple of night was really high. Also checking in is hit and miss and reception is not open all the time but staff are friendly and once that is sorted everything is ok.

Good location, big and clean room. I personally really like the scent of the hotel. Hard to find a place like this location with this prices.

Some people may not like the sound of the bar from under the hotel. (i think loud music is not everyday) But i liked and went there to drinks couple of beers :)

There was a water supply cut one morning. Terrible if you need to go to a meeting and cannot take a shower.

The hotel was very well located. There was a professional and clean team working. They helped us a lot with late check-in and check-out. The bed, room and bathroom were also very good.
