Hotel City View Deluxe

The location was superb, the staff goes out of the way to make you feel at home and make suggestions to improve your stay

The people in the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room has a 360 degree view of the city. The whole room is like a long window. I didn't know that. They should show in the picture at booking.com about how beautiful the place is.

There were some broken areas on wall and balcony. The worst was the main door lock was broken and we had to use door keys instead of sensor card. It was difficult to close and open the door.

The area was excellent, the room more than spacious, the service outstanding.

Some points missed due to details like cups with coffee stains and not enough storage space for clothes and bags.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with great views. Great location for breakfast (or a coffee later on in the day) with 360 degree view around the city.

Helpfull staff answered our questions upon arrival about the city , located just 5 minutes walk from the bustling cafes of the old towns, absolutely perfect view of the city superb balcony with plenty of space to relax and have a coffee

When we arrived to the building we had trouble finding the hotel reception as the hotel is located in the upper floors and so is the reception and there were no signs or boards directing towards the hotel reception had to look around for quite sometime until a few locals told us to take the elevator up to find the reception

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Great location. Everything was walking distance.

The door to our room would not lock. They were in the process of getting the door fixed. I wish the lighting in the bathroom was a bit brighter.

Location is perfect, bed is super comfortable, view is absolutely to die for especially at sunset. Best view in Sarajevo!

Room could do with a little love, nothing major

Definitely the best hotel in Sarajevo, friendly staff, beautiful view, located in the city center, there is not a single complaint. Next stay in Sarajevo, same hotel again.

It's not deluxe! Overall room was awful. Breakfast wasn't good at all. Would not recommend!

Spectacular view and nice and knowledgable staff.

The shower drain was not working properly so, after showering, there was a lot of water all over the entire bathroom for the whole day. We called the reception to fix it but no one ever came. We were very unpleasantly surprised.

View and location

The hotel is in desperate need of maintenance. The toilet seat kept falling off, the toilet bowl was brown inside, and the flush got stuck every time. The shower door was loose and fell off, and only half of the water switched to the shower head, leaving a very low water pressure. The tabletop at the balcony was loose, and there was only one chair (for a room with 3 beds). The entrance door was hard to open because it got stuck on the carpet. (I didn’t like that it was a carpet, it seems rather unhygienic to me, but that might be a matter of taste). Both the fridge and the air conditioner were ineffective, and the TV remote control didn’t work. The electrical system didn’t seem very safe, as one of the outlets were broken, and we needed an extension to use the TV. The hotel didn’t seem well organized. The receptionists were friendly, but we didn’t get any information about neither the hotel nor the city. The confirmation said we would get a 10€ food voucher, but there was no information about that either, and we never received it. On the booking it said that the money would be withdrawn from card before the stay, but we paid there, and the receptionist couldn’t explain it. They couldn’t find the key to the safe in our room, leaving it locked and unusable to us.We also found it quite annoying that it was almost always a line for the elevator. There were no stairs, which seems very risky in case of a fire!!I’m sorry to say I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, unless you’re very into views. It seems overpriced compared to other hotels we have visited in the Balkan region.
