Location

Unfortunately, my experience was negative due to the male receptionist on duty. He was unprofessional, smirking and laughing for no clear reason, which felt disrespectful and uncomfortable. His behavior seemed fake and gave a very bad first impression.

The location was superb and hotel was value for money.

Tiny bathroom even smaller shower.

The location was perfect and the staff was amazing. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. I'm happy I chose this place and I will definitely stay there again if I return to Sarajevo.

In close proximity to the downtown area I could see Ghazi Khesru mosque from the window and the clock tower also ,very clean and neat place

I was told that the washing machine was broken so I had to look for an outside laundry

Excellent location right in the middle of the old town (pedestrian zone), clean, good staff, suitable parking, vast room ....

Breakfast should be a little bit better. Sheet should be better tightened to the mattress in a hotel of this kind.

Small bathroom and shower. The bed was not confortable at all.

Location was great (you’re literally in the heart of old town next to everything you want to see), very large and comfortable room. Very decent breakfast with bread, meats, cheeses, vegetables, yogurt, some fruit, and desserts. Would stay again.

The location was great and had amazing views of the city from the top floor.

Most of the staff were very rude and unhelpful.

Old, dirty, not solution-oriented staff, not good value of money, not providing even cottons and cotton swap in the bathroom, they are not exactly cleaning the room-not changing towels, slippers and glasses.

bathroom is very narrow. it is very difficult to adjust water temperature. additionally no room service.

I stayed very nice room, it was large and comfortable. The hotel was close to the downtown. It was easy to find restaurants, cafes, and historical places within walking distance.The place to have breakfast, awesome, very nostalgic…

Most of the places serving real tea, I was expecting to have real tea in breakfast, without a tea-bag. Alternatively, there was just a nescafe option, if you wanted to drink espresso, you have to pay extra… No coffee machine in breakfast!

The location and the breakfaste. Ahhh, they have parking, this is really usefull in this place. You can move by walking to visit the city and let the vehicule there.

Booked hotel after reading the positive ratings. the hotel room we were staying in, is in desperate need of an upgrade.Basin cracked, bathroom very small and not user friendly. Do not suggest for a bigger person. Tap in shower is completely incorrectly installed and could actually be dangerous.

A very tasty and varied breakfast in pleasant surroundings. The hotel is perfectly located right by the historic city center, close to restaurants and shops. With good parking!!

We arrived Sunday the afternoon and understood the restaurant at the hotel doesn't work Sundays. We had our own food and Edy, receptionist, was very kind and helped us to make warm and nice dinner. Breakfast was very reach and delicious.

Ice machine didn't work, i hope it is already fixed.

Great Location

Very tired hotel. No fitness centre in the hotel, but the staff do give you a pass that allows to use the fitness centre in the hotel across the road. But the fitness centre isn't great, not a full set of weights, equipment is very old.
