Cons -

The staff were completely uninterested. They were too busy on their phones to be helping with luggage etc. They entered my room 3 times without knocking. The bathroom had a very strong pungent smell of a strange chemical. When we requested water, they told us to drink from the tap. The manager found a taxi driver for us and agreed to $80USD for the day (we showed this amount on the calculator to confirm). At the end of the day, the driver demanded $90 and called the manager to corroborate. The manager also lied that we had agreed to $90USD.
