It was warm in the room

No lift and we were on the third floor. We also requested a bath tub beforehand and they said ok, but when we got there, only a shower.

The sheets and the bathroom were clean. We found parking nearby. Not much else positive.

The hotel didn't feel safe, there was a lot of street noise until past 12. They mixed u our reservation even though they could see whe had abooking we had been missedoff their room allocation. The door locks didn't work and the keys we were given opened all the rooms! The place is very run down and needs updating. There was rubish right outside the back door and the carpets were old and stained. I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel was fairly cheap and located in the middel of town.

The shower did not have hot water and the electricity in the room sometimes stopped working.

I booked the room to take off on a three day hike early the morning thereafter, and for this the hotel was just fine. The location - very close to the train station, and in the centre of the town. The breakfast was just fine - lots of varied fresh fruit, decent coffee, normal French bread and baguette, ham and cheese. (But that's it, nothing special, no freshly cooked eggs or the like.)Very spacey room and bathroom. Beds, duvets and pillows very good. Shower: water pressure good, lots of room.

The very visible decay, which is slightly depressing. One asks oneself if they will go bust soon. The batteries in the doors are not being changed, the fake leather chairs in the breakfast room looks as if attacked by acid, things here and there are simply not being taken care of, it's a little sad, especially because someone clearly once wanted to here run a nice hotel in a nice way. Perhaps not a hotel for a romantic weekend.

Location was good and staff were very accommodating. They helped out with issues that came up. Bathroom was updated.

The pillows, the lack of furniture in the room and the carpet.

i liked the room and the beds were comfortable. the bathroom was pretty too.

No AC or any kind of fan and only one blanket for a room of two people

Breakfast was lovely.

Place tatty and electrics dodgy. Open electric box on stairs. Door locks open sho2ing batteries. Generally felt it needed an urgent update

Nothing, except location.

Breakfast - Frightful. Had to go to another floor to get some hot milk for coffee: the coffee machine seemed un-functional unless you wanted black coffee. There were old spider webs next to the bed. 1 glass provided for 2 people. The malfunctioning single spout tap in the bathroom had either warmed or very hot water — no coldish water. Single chair in tatters (as were some in the breakfast room). Curtain had largish hole burned in it. Never want to see the place again and I do not think you should let your customers go there!

The central location. The room. The cleanness.

Almost no toilet paper left when we arrived. We had to ask for it the next morning. No croissant left at breakfast, but some customers had some ready for them before they arrived . No bin in the toilets.

Breakfast a little bit poor, no eggs, small variety / no light in corridor, just ripped out illumination and blank cables, attachement of heating ripped out of the wall, defect mount of the douche, all in all the room needs a little bit of renovation...

There was no elevator and only one duvet for two people in the double bed.

The breakfast was basic but good. Gently to prepare our sunday breakfast before official opening time
