Eisberg Hotel Schwanen is centrally located in Lahr, between the Rhine Valley and the Black Forest. Our rooms are individually furnished and feature a private bathroom with shower, free Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a fan, a flat-screen TV and a complimentary bottle of water. Selected rooms have been newly renovated and offer additional comfort. A varied breakfast buffet is served every morning. Breakfast is available from 06:30 to 09:00 on weekdays and from 08:00 to 10:00 on weekends and public holidays, making it especially convenient for business travelers and early departures. The hotel operates a fully digital self check-in system. Guests receive an online check-in link two days before arrival. After completing the online check-in, personal access codes for the hotel entrance and the room are sent automatically by e-mail no later than 3:00 PM on the day before arrival. This allows flexible arrival at any time after 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, even late at night. Free parking is available directly at the hotel. - We went during christmas time visiting the christmas market around. Hotel had a decent price during that time. Easily accessible and a good breakfast. Parking infront of the hotel is very limited we arrived late in the evening and it was full. But it was very easy to find places in the streets around the hotel.

The staff was nice and the breakfast was really great: lots of homemade preparations, fresh fruits and overall varied. We enjoyed the latest very much.

Breakfast was expensive for what was on offer (Aldi selection of cold meats and cheese). The Turkish baker across the road is far better. Although drinks at the bar are advertised in and outside of the building, they haven’t had a bar or restaurant for the last two years and there’s only a vending machine with cans of soda or wine.
The Staff was very Friendly :) the Room was good.
The double bed was not so comfy, because the bed was 1 bed with 2 mattresses :/ The bathroom sink was clogged.

It was fine. 20 minutes from Europa Park. Very clean. There was parking next to the hotel but it did run out of places.
Disappointing and very overpriced breakfast. Certain foods had run out by 09.30 and weren't refilled, including what I assume was bacon. There wasn't enough cereal for even one bowl. The cheese platter was refilled at 10.30, after breakfast was finished! Very poor for such a price.
