Moxy Outletcity Metzingen

It was a great base for exploring the outlet. Employees were helpful. Rooms were clean, it was good that it had a restaurant. Common areas were spacious.

That car park is not free

This hotel has the perfect location if you go shopping in the Outlet! The room was modern and clean.Pet-friendly.

There is no place to leave your luggage if you are early for check-in/checkout. When we went the hotel garage was shut, but staff didn't inform us accordingly. However parking in the outlet parking was possible. There was an unpleasant smell in the check-in area. However in the upper floors it was ok.

I like the location it is definitely the best! The room is small but it was okay. It was sparkling clean!

A bit expensive for the breakfast but it was okay.

- great front desk team - very helpful, always solving problems and smiling- outlet starts criss the street, no car needed

- get prepared for no fridge in the room, no tea nor coffee maker;

Very easy parking under the hotel. Right in the centre of the shopping outlet so you can take a break when needed

We only stayed 1 night for a short get away shopping trip. Would definitely come back and stay again

Nice location and clean rooms. The breakfast is a bit expensive but ok.

Great location, convenient parking

Very unpleasant restaurant that looks like a factory, it was cold and uncomfortable, open loud space

Location and staff

No phone ,no water, no kettle

Location

Room and bathroom was cold Pillows were made from plastic, woke up with hair staying up. As well they were so high that sleeping was unfortunately uncomfortable

Hotel was Nice and clean and the staff are very friendly. Hotel location is near the outlet.

Fine for one night

The restaurant dinner specifically worm up thinks .. no chef etc

Extremely well located and very nice ambiente with kind staff.

The location was so good. Just in the middle of outlet city

Although it was clean but when I asked for cleaning the room the reception said every 3 days they suppose to clean which is odd. the corridors were so long and to reach to the room we should walk too much.

MODERN HOTEL IN THE CENTER OF THE OUTLET.THE ROOM WAS GOOD AND THE BEDS COMFORTABLENICE BAR AND VERY GOOD ATMOSPHERECLOSE TO ALL THE SHOPS

BREAKFAST IS SIMPLE WITH NOT MANY OPTIONS

Location in heart of outlet city

Weird staff in the morning told that I could not extend my stay for one night becouse the hotel is totaly booked. As i see it the whole time there are available rooms trought booking, so it feels somehow rude. So I took another hotel for the next day and didnt extend my stay with them!

Super friendly staffSuper locationVery clean

The twin bed is so tiny, and the pillow is too hard.

The location could ot be better, smack on in the midst of the OutletCity. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice energetic vibe.

There is no cleaning done in the rooms, even not when asking for it. Only replacement of towels on demand. There is hardly any space to hang clothes or put luggage (in an outlet area). The rooms are very cramped and the bed mattresses low quality.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast

Little bit too hard pillows, very poor sound insulation

The location is excellent , clean and comfortable

Easy access to everything. In the middle of shopping arcade. Very comfy bed.

Room small
