Hotel Residenz Luxury - Outletcity - Parken - Klima - 24h Check-In

Great service, great location, very clean and comfortable.

Cleanliness, comfortable bed, modern bathroom, parking possibility included in price, proximity to restaurants and it is near to the city shopping centre

Nice room good space

Room number 5 is very bad because its next the main entrance door very noisy when someone gets in and out

Host is great and he meet us in the morning, easy late check in was great. And quet great sleeping after that.Great for business, shoping and family stay.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the cozy decor to the thoughtful amenities provided. The location was perfect – close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and quiet, offering a true escape. Communication with our host was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We recommend this place highly enough and would happily return in the future.

Perfect apartment, everything is more than expected. Cleanliness is incredible. Free and safe parking place. Snacks after a long trip. Netflix....I`ll definitely be back and recommend to friends.

Perfect location, close to outlet, cafe and restaurant. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The staff are nice and very helpful. We had a good stay here, will come back again.

Apartment is new with all facilities needed at a good location.

Location, easy self check in /out, cleanse, big room, New furniture, lots of complimenters, free parking, no complications in entering or exiting. They are really luxurious apartments and my family and I liked them very much, and exceeded my expectations in a positive way.

One of the owners/employees gave us a private tour of our room and the hotel. The check out was very easy. Loved how big everything was.

Everything was amazing. We lovr our room as it has separate connecting room for kids. Very spacious, clean and everything was perfect. We were also given a very nice welcome snacks and drinks. The host ensured that we also get a hot coffee the following day.

The room was spacious with great decor and big smart TV.

Spacious CleanFriendly staff

Comfortable for a one night stay. Staff (via message / email) was helpful. They left some snacks complementary. The location is excellent.

Not used to the fact of not having contact with people at the front desk. Also the room was not exactly as it looked in the pictures. Though it was good and nice, the ones in the pictures look much better.

Good location if you want to visit Metzingen outlets. Great room, nice and confortable bed. Could park the car easily. Simple self check-in and out without any hassle.

Nothing to mention :)

Very clean, comfortable rooms with a lot of space. Very good location with super convenient parking option (free parking). Super friendly host, very helpful and caring. Responds to every message immediately and you really feel that it is very important for them to make you comfortable

Excellent value for money. Looks better and it’s cheaper than most places. Free snacks, wanted to pay but said they are on the house. Free parking and also has 4 underground spaces. Rooms are very tall and luxurious.
